Super friendly and very attentive staff. I was waiting a few minutes in the lobby one morning and just noticed a smudge (hand print) on the entryway glass. Without saying anything or giving a look, a fellow dashed out instantly and wiped it up. Now that is attention to detail!!!! Also, loved the emphasis on non smoking. Thank you!!!!

Really had a nice stay. Sometimes the door keys forget how to work. Staff gave me new ones right away--happened twice randomly during a 2 night stay. Gee, that's nit-picking. Everything was lovely.

What I find extremely difficult to get around is that hotels no longer provide assistance to get to a car rental location. Yes Uber/Lyft are available but can be expensive on top of "implied mandatory excessive tipping" or be damned if you do not. Enterprise is the only rental that provides this support and the closest rental has HORRIBLE reviews. So these traveling circumstances make it more difficult on a strict budget. I travel back to Rockford to care for ill brothers, one on Hospice in Belvidere. Each trip for me is $2000 from west coast. That one element of transportation would actually help me as it would expand my car rental choices.

Always clean rooms, extremely pleasant staff.

Other patrons were playing loud music in the pool area, which could be heard in my room on a different floor. There were several young unattended children in the pool area. The next morning, all of those same children were wrecking havoc in the breakfast area... AGAIN... completely unattended by any adults! This should not be permitted or allowed. The cleaning staff needs to be reminded that not everyone is up at 9am and/or not checking out that day. Conversations between them need to be face to face and not yelling at each other down the hall.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very kind. The room I had was amazing.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but for the breakfast I would have like more if they would have had some kind of fruit or more of a variety like muffins, bagels not just the basics. Also hard boiled eggs because not everyone likes the one that comes in the pan. Other than that it was ok.

Great Staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful continental breakfast. There is a pool, which is nice if you're down with that! The amenities here met MY standards, for a decent night's stay.

Dirty Shower (lots of hair around bottles that were clear as day) This could have been prevented by cleaning better. No excuses for this one. It's gross. Uncomfortable beds (not your fault. I've had 3 back surgeries) They were uncomfortable to ME. I SLEPT ON THE COUCH.

The rooms are large and comfortable. the internet in the bedroom area was slow and dropped on occasion and in the couch area was better. It was quiet and clean. Toilet rocked a little needed to be fixed and bathtub was slick needed the litttle stickers to keep from slipping.

Slow internet or internet dropping off. Slick tub, rocking toilet. Ice machine on our level was broken. Only one that worked was on the third floor.

Breakfast was great. Very clean dining area as well. Don't know when I will get back to this area but i would definitely stay her again.

Hard to find hotel in the city, as I am unfamiliar to the area and got lost. Not your issue. Tired and hot from the day.

Nice location with easy on and off to the Interstate, nice landscaping and property seemed fairly well maintained, comfortable bed, nice arrangement in the room, nice breakfast

Not any bedding in the room for the pull out couch and then when we asked at the front desk, they only brought us a fitted sheet; only had one bar of soap between the shower and sink

One thing I didn’t like was the check in time. I asked for an early check in, the day i booked my room . We was coming from St. Paul Minnesota for 3 funerals. So we arrived at 10:45am because we had a funeral at 4pm. I was trying to get a little sleep before I head to Chicago for the first funeral. Just had me very tired because I had to wait on checking in.

The bed were very comfortable. It was very clean, quiet and in a very great location everything that you needed and wanted was close by.

I didn’t like that check out was at 11 o’clock and the housekeeper people came in the room at 8:30 and I didn’t have clothes on. That’s the only problem I have with the property other than that it was very nice.
