Overall I would rate this hotel 3.5/4 stars, the friendly staff has a lot to do with the 4 star part. The room was spacious and the whirlpool was amazing and in a separate room. The staff were very nice and humble! They made the stay that much better. The pool was okay, would have been better if the heat worked as it was almost too cold to enjoy. The bathroom was big and we thought it was neat having the large shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. We also enjoyed having a TV and fireplace in the whirlpool area. Breakfast had a wide selection but lacked in flavor. If it weren't for the lower price this review would be slighty different. Overall great stay.

The hotel needs an update! The halls and room has a musty smell probably from the old carpet. We did have to give the shower and tub a wipe down as they weren't the cleanest. The walls were dirty as well but was beyond my will power to clean on my vacation. There was a small stain on the duvet, looked like it had been marker. Note: The blankets did smell clean though. Remotes and phones need to be wiped down as well. If this hotel did an update and maybe revised the cleaning group, they could charge more as the lay out and space is very nice! If I had paid more and the staff hadn't been as nice, this review would be a 3 star.

Appreciated the fast check in, also felt safe. My husband came in after I checked in and asked for a key, the front desk person called my room to ensure that he was indeed my spouse. Nice work space.

Extra pillows and towels could have been provided in the room (4 guests in the room total). Realize able to contact front desk, but inconvenient when coming in late and wanting to go to bed immediately.

The swimming pool was very dark couldn't see you face in the water I asked the front desk she advised it was ok for the kids to swim and they did but said it smelt like sewer water

Breakfast was pretty good; the pancake maker was a kid favorite. The pool was unexpectedly open, which was a great surprise for the kids. Very family-friendly and close to good restaurants. 12pm checkout is great too. No need to rush the family out of bed and out the door so early in the morning.

Pool area overall was like a sauna, and the bathrooms in the pool area weren't stocked with soap and could have been a bit cleaner. The pre-heated breakfast sandwiches weren't fully heated, and the juice machine was broken/unavailable, but those are getting picky.

The room was great. And such a good value for a king suite. The shower was excellent duel rain shower heads. And the jacuzzi tub had its own room with a fireplace, seating, and a separate TV.

The towels at the pool weren't clean. So we had to use towels from the room.

Check in was fast..receptionist on arrival very friendly. Loved the breakfast servings and personnel friendly and accomodating.

Everything was exceptional no complaints

It was nice and quiet. Our room was next to the stairs, we thought it would be loud as people walked by, but that was not the case at all. The room itself was so nice and so clean we felt at home. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be going back.

That we couldn’t stay longer

Family suite has an other valuable room with a bed and door so that I couldn't hear my friends' snoring. And the breakfast was so tasty with some fruits and egg cookings.

Music in the hall after you get off the elevator. Love that checkout is at 12pm. Check in is at 3pm. Lots of parking. Dunkin donuts is across the street.

The pool is closed and breakfeat is a bag. Breakfast is a bottle of water and Breakfast bar and piece of fruit. Rooms need a good carpet cleaning and paint job. Place is dated a bit.
