Overall quality was great!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very helpful!

The breakfast bar could use some improvements. Fairfield should add fresh fruits and perhaps reduce some of the bread. I bet a lot of health conscious travelers, like myself, would appreciate it. In the future, Id like to see cantaloupes, bananas, and maybe grapes!!! Also, during these very cold weather it'd be nice to keep the heat running longer and above 80. degrees.

Check in person (Alena?) was wonderful. Called me after arrival to see how the accommodations were. Breakfast was very good. Pool was clean and nice temperature.

Telephone in pool area was not working. I could hear the front desk talking and static, but she could not hear me. Eventally, towels came and a maintenance guy picked up phone and then just left.

My family and I have stayed here a few times. It’s a newer hotel which is good. It’s also clean and modern. It does tend to be a busy hotel so it can be crowded at times, especially breakfast. Breakfast is good. The usual selection of hot and cold items. Like the workout room (screens on the treadmills) and the pool.

During non-breakfast times, the beverage station in the lobby would run out of hot water. I had to ask multiple times during the evening for it to get it refilled. Also tried to get cold water in the morning (post breakfast) from the same station only to find the container filled to the top with just ice. It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station available instead. Same goes for hot water. That way the person at the front desk wouldn’t have to keep going back on the kitchen, especially if it’s busy. —-The floor by the door to the outside in the stairwell could use some cleaning. Understand that this path was from an exterior door so there’s dirt from the outside that gets brought in, but it didn’t look like it was cleaned at all during the time we were there.

The staff was amazing! Every single staff member we had contact with was friendly and professional.

I felt like our towels were washed even though we hung them up. I would rather have real drinking glasses in the room instead of plastic wrapped in more plastic.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options and well kept temperatures. Check in/check out was very easy and staff were nice. I had a free upgrade for my room and the king suite was more then enough space for my stay. This hotel was also conveniently in a perfect location for most of our destinations. Overall I am happy with our stay and would book here again.

We stayed at this property earlier. The experience is good. the rooms are nice. Bathrooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We did not look for restaurants. Not sure if there are enough restaurants close by. Highways access is easy.

The accommodation is near to Woodfield Mall, Target and all the other main stores places which Schaumburg has . Its a good place with helpful staff and good service . It has its own spacious gym as well and has a big swimming pool too so you can have a nice relaxing time after work. They also provide a free access to the Lifetime fitness gym which is walkable from the hotel and that gym is very big and has lots of stuffs including basketball courts, swimming pools ( outdoor and indoor ) , very big gym area and bathrooms are quite spacious too.

Probably breakfast could have more menu items , but may be due to covid the supplies weren't proper as per the staff . The breakfast offered was good though

The room was large, clean, and looked just like the photos online. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There was plenty of room to hang up our clothes, as well, which is rare in hotels. The desk area had plenty of room as well, which was important as I had to take work meetings while on my trip.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything (conversations, even) from the room next to us despite their voices sounding like normal volume. The showers water pressure was incredibly weak and it was hard to get the water warm at all.

I really liked the room setup with the little closet not so close to the doorway was different and they were very accommodating because I really wanted an adjoining room for our kids and they made it happen.

The pool could've been a little warmer.

Five year old Hotel, that meets requirements and has a good value for the price.

Breakfast has still not a good choice, BUT!!! they changed from plastic to washable plates and knife/fork. Great. Thank you!
