Breakfast was great. Food was always warm and always well stocked. It was quiet, clean, and seemed relatively well maintained. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms are quite snug. For the number of people expected to sleep in there, closet and drawer space was at a premium. The desk chair got in the way of getting around the bed a lot. The bathroom didn't seem to have a exhaust vent fan that turned on, so the room got humid post-shower.

The breakfast was pretty decent! There wasn't much of a selection but the coffee tasted really good and surprisingly I liked the frozen breakfast sandwiches they filled me up every morning! The staff when we were both checking in and out were super friendly!

our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine and then there were people in the room next to us so it was pretty noisy. They also had people working on the lights or some thing with the ceilings so having people standing in the hallway talking all day it was also pretty noisy

I liked the location. Very convenient and close to what I needed.

Both elevators didn’t work. Everyone had to share just the one working elevator. The light fixture in the bathroom above the sink didn’t work along with the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a working vent either. The shower curtain smelled of urine. It either needs to be washed or changed out!

Didn't accommodate us the dates was wrong. I got charge saying we were a no show on Sat 24th, when it was suppose to be Sun until Tues. Rude and unprofessional Not apologized at all. Will stay there again.

Great stay. Close by restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, shopping mall, etc. All within 5 mins drive. Hotel was quiet, clean, safe, spacious. Served breakfast. Had microwave, fridge, iron board (no iron though), tv, etc. Receptionist was pleasant and very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

They did not have an iron and I needed one!!

Everything was good. Always is room to improve. But for me with this stay no complaints.

We travel to Chicago every so often to go shopping. This is the first time we ever stayed here. We were very impressed with our stay here. The staff was all so nice to us. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent for our shopping needs. The parking was excellent. We are going to make sure we stay here from now on.

location is perfect for the mall area and tons of food options! the staff at the front desk was so nice! easy check in and check out.

i would just have to say our room smelled like cigarettes, someone had their used mask over the smoke detectors so that was the explanation on the smell. the bathroom tub was a little dirty. sheets smelled and had a few stains. carpet seems to never get vacuumed since there was broken balloons all over and other garbage. we were there for just two nights so we didn’t feel like complaining after our long drive. we were exhausted.

Great Location, beautiful hotel, comfy bed, beautiful room Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for options in the city. The locality was Top Notch!

A few more amenities would have been nice- luggage rack, desk or table. Water for shower was hot at night, tepid (busy time?) in the morning.
