Pros:- - Friendly staff - Workout area in building - Food / Other areas close by - Everyone there was nice and friendly (nobody was disrespectful) - Rooms we’re clean/Taken care of - Management was understanding with booking and extended our stay.

Cons:- - Pool was in the next building over so had to walk 5mins in order to swim/ get into hot tub. - The thermostat wouldn’t switch off to cold so it was a tad chilly in our room. - Had to call Room service before 6am or we had to put our trash outside room so someone could swing by to get it. - Tv was a tad small in our queen size room (2 bed) - There wasn’t really a selection of what you could eat during breakfast and what they had was way over seasoned or a tad cold. - The coffee wasn’t refilled during rush, I saw they only had one sweet lady that worked alone during breakfast hours, I would suggest on adding another to help assist so she doesn’t feel stressed about doing it all herself.

Very clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

On our second evening and then the next morning there were two large groups there of high school students. They were noisy at night till late and then the next morning the help at breakfast couldn’t keep up with the large amount of kids. So much was empty and we didn’t have a good breakfast that morning.

There was a towel hanging on the bathroom door & washcloth on the shower curtain when we arrived. We stayed two nights- there was no maid service after night one. Very disappointed with this!

Breakfast had good variety

Bigger room, Disney channel not included or not able to find, no list of channels--important for those with young children. Pool was not accessible from the inside but had to walk outside. Key card was not working after requesting late checking out.

Everyone was so nice and friendly! The common area was very nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful (the pancake maker is a great touch!) We were a perfect distance from everything we wanted to see.

The toilet handle stuck, our mini fridge took some tweaking to work and the elevator smelled a bit, but nothing serious. Also, the bed was more firm for my liking, but otherwise it really was a very nice stay.

breakfast was awsome and 7 days a week. didnt get a chance to swim but pool hours were great (open until 11). room was clean, room service never came but im not sure if that is a new policy since covid.

The breakfast was pretty good, the location was great , considering it was close to my family and the event we attended

The bathrooms need better ventilation, or vents

During Covid time are hard. The room was clean, however there cleaning solution leaves residue. One plug did not work near the bed but I called the front desk and the maintenance guy was there to fix it in 5 minutes. Overall our stay went well. The staff was excellent. We will stay here again
