The breakfast was quite good. I’ve seen places with 2 waffle makers, and this motel could use a 2nd one, as it was a popular choice.

When we came on Saturday night about 9 there were a lot of people in the parking Lot which was quite full. ( it was a beautiful Spring evening, and as the motel is no smoking. Perhaps people were out to smoke. But when we entered our 4 th floor room, it was totally freshly painted and everything looked new, except the tub. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean and new. Our room was very comfortable and adequate. A few of the finishes were not done quite right, but I’ve found that true in more modest and upper -class motels too.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tracy, the front desk staff member at the hotel. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made my stay incredibly pleasant. She not only resolved all my issues quickly but did so with genuine care and attention to detail. Tracy is a true example of exceptional customer service. With employees like her, the hotel leaves nothing but positive impressions. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I didn’t stay but overnight, but the property was ok.

When I first entered, the front desk clerk seem a little agitated. She turned it around and was kind and accommodating. She blamed her attitude on Booking.com. She stated they were bad business, I agree with her. Restaurants were in walking distance..great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Room was nice and clean..

The jacuzzi was not available that should be mentioned on the hotel website otherwise that's false advertisement. I was looking forward to getting in the jacuzzi it's one of the reasons why I chosed the hotel. Outside the hotel could use some updating.

Clean Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast needed much improvement Ran out of waffle batter . Many unhappy customers . Needed more variety of foods . Probably the worst continental breakfast we had in a motel. More fruits , eggs , sausages and danish would of been appreciative . There were grounds in my coffee. Otherwise we felt our overall experience was good .

My check in went smoothly, the room was clean (it had been vacuumed, the furniture had been dusted, all of the appliances were working, the bathroom was clean, the television was working, the wifi worked). I was a little late for breakfast so I missed out on some of the main attractions/food. I especially loved my room because it was near the door leading to the parking lot ( it was so convenient). I cannot leave out the reason I came to this particular venue, IT WAS PET FRIENDLY.

I can't think of any in particular currently. Sorry I cannot think of four sentences. Okay, here is my third sentence. Finally, here is my fourth sentence. More? I sincerely, cannot think of anything else.

I have T-Mobile so I did not use the wi-fi, the breakfast was offered but I was on diet and so I checked not applicable.

The price but it’s ok as Wyndham will do better :).

There was a dog across the hall that was barking until last midnight. The family was gone and he didn't stop barking until they came back. I am fine with pet friendly but tenants should not be allowed to leave the pets alone.

Staff was great, especially Tracey at the front desk.

Housekeeping was hard to get things from. Language barrier

I found the staff at the front desk is extremely friendly she had all my paperwork ready for me when I came in the location was nice quiet and very peaceful my stay was extremely excellent!!!!
