The room , lobby and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Didn’t expect the room to be so large. At first we thought the rate was a little pricey but it was 5 minutes away from where we needed to be at 8am the next day. But when we saw the room we decided it was actually a bargain! It was updated and decorated with a modern, stylish flair. There was a sofa, coffee table end tables. The large, new tv a a clear picture and every cable and streaming app. the tv swung around so you could watch from the sofa or bed. the bathroom was well appointed with a roomy shower and great water pressure. Shower and toilet were separated from sink area which I find convenient when you’re sharing a room. But totally unexpected was the kitchen! A full size fridge and freezer, updated microwave. full sink, table with table and chairs. There as actually a cooktop built right into counter. Cabinets had pots and pans, real silverware, plates, cups glassware etc. The final surprise was that a hot breakfast was included. I’m talking eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage and potatoes. I can’t wait until we return for our next stay. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The room was clean and quiet with a well equipped kitchen. The staff was nice and I loved the location. It was surrounded by plenty of places to dine and shop. This location has been to my list of staycation spots!

The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. Day 1 was ok, but it seems the turkey sausages were a little under done to my liking and the eggs came out of pouch. Day 2 of breakfast, I decided to just go with oatmeal and muffins. The oatmeal wasn't thoroughly cooked. It needed to be completed in the microwave. 3rd day I didn't even attempt to eat breakfast.

Extremely nice & clean hotel. Great area with easy access to restaurants, things to do, & the highway. We loved the suite & the fact that we had a full fridge, stove, pots, pans & everything kitchen to make & store meals right in our room.

They refuse to check anyone in before 3pm. I understand that is policy but we arrived at 2:30pm & they refuse to accommodate or let us check-in until 3pm, claiming there wasn't any rooms available. The pillows were too soft & the bed isn't the most comfortable.

I liked everything from the time I walked in to the time I left. Staff was great and friendly.

When I booked online, it showed check out time was 12pm, but I had the front desk call me at 1120am to tell me check out was at 11am and that the cleaning staff would be there to clean the room shortly. At the time i was 10minute from walking down to check out, but they were still very accommodating and did not rush me out. Said to take my time and that they made changes to the back of the door (written in permanent marker), but not all things have been changed. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was because of the 12pm check out. Other than that everything else was great.

When I arrived early for check-in I was asked what floor would I want my room, I informed the team member whatever floor was closer to the pool and he said first, so I went with the first floor and returned ay 3 o’clock for check-in, I was informed by the same staff member that my room wasn’t clean because staff members weren’t aware room was going to be occupied, so I was moved to the second floor.

clean, fresh, up-to-date. with the exception of the first night, every time we passed front desk clerk said, hello enjoy your day. other staff smiled and greeted whenever we passed.

first night check-in: clerk said nothing; we said we have reservation; clerk brusquely said, I need to see ID; finished check-in. clerk never said hello, welcome, enjoy your stay, anything we can do for you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pretty entrance to the lobby as well. The nice touch of my name located on the tv screens when we arrived was just that extra touch to put a smile on my face.

Everything was great,I just wish the pool was heated instead or in conjunction with the heated room where the pool was located

Breakfast and comfortable rooms. Location was nice with lots of dining and shopping options. Personalized room with name on tv screen was a nice touch.

Shower was dirty when I arrived.

Good location. A lot of places to eat close by. Shopping etc. Good customer service.

Trash cans can be just a little bigger. one meal and the trash is filled. Of staying there for 3 nights that’s not enough. i had to hand off the trash to the cleaning lady.

Great room, love the separate sleeping/bath areas. Furniture although not super comfortable. Good location, close to everything.

Traveling with our family pet, was on the 3rd floor.
