Jessica was awesome. She helped in every way she could. She was dealing with a power outage among other issues. And she made it nice and welcoming for us

Pool wasn't working, no cable till 11pm due to power outage. But a good 4 hours after the power came on we still couldn't watch TV.

Had to go next door for breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal!

Front desk staff whether day or night was awesome! They truly went out of the way to make our stay a great one. Kids were welcomed and we all felt that if we needed anything they would be there for us!

Side door had issues all week! When all parking is on the side of building it's a little frustrating to have to keep walking around to front of hotel. Breakfast was ok but had no milk most of the week for kids.

Manager by the name of Shawn was extremely nice and very professional very courteous went above and beyond his duties to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. Only if there was more managers like Shawn every hotel would be booked solid

The so-called bugs that come out every 17 years other than that management has kept up on this hotel to make it is nice it is it could be for all of us the pool could be open closed due to COVID-19

The location is perfect, walking distance to stadium.

unfortunately our toilet seat was lose and the toilet ran after it was flushed

They help in any way they can but also give you your privacy.

I stayed at trhis property for months and this is 1 hotel i would recommend to other people. This all was due to the manager named Shawn. He makes his customer feel like they are at home.

Being Shawn was there the place was great

We really liked the variety offered for breakfast we especially liked a Bob Evans sausage, egg and biscuit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable!

Perhaps a small table with chairs to eat breakfast or to write or read.

The breakfast was ok but that is because of covid not anything the hotel did or did not do. The mini fridge in our room did not work but staff took care of it and switched it out immediately, which we appreciated very much. Location was great for where we needed/wanted to go this weekend.

Cant complain about anything.
