Great location, and nice, clean room!

We stayed back in mid-June. They really need to get their back elevator fixed if it's not by now, so that you can take luggage directly to and from the garage, which is really the only parking option other than a small loading area. From reviews I saw, it looks like this has been an issue for months, which isn't acceptable. And the staff didn't give us any warning ahead of time that this would be an issue. Thankfully, we're able-bodied, but this would have created a major inconvenience for others.

Convenience to Kirkwood, room was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Holiday decorations were beautiful. Soaps were nice. Public parking was just a short walk through the courtyard.

The room was cold, because of the motion detector. There was no information in the room about the WiFi, minimal hangers, Pillows smelled like sweat and because the room was so cold needed extra blankets. Had to pay a daily parking rate to pay in the public parking lot-although it was just a short walk through the courtyard.

Ce Ce was an excellent resource and extremely professional. A true credit to her profession.

The check in was a very positive experience which set the for the high level of service I received throughput my stay

I loved the location of the hotel. Everything is in walkable distance, so many restaurants and shops. A very active downtown.

The krueg in the room only had decaf coffee and tea pods. We asked for some extra towels from the front desk and they were never brought to our room, but I saw the cleaning staff in our hallway so I just got some from them.

The hotel is getting a renovation and it looked like we had a freshly renovated room. The hotel will be really nice once all the renovations are completed.

Everything was fine. There was a lot of work going on there for the renovations. It didn't bother us while we were there.

Location is great and people were nice. Did not have breakfast there.

Showers quickly went to lukewarm. Don’t expect free breakfast but it should be clearer if included or not. Also I think a lot of people were coming down looking for the food not realizing you had to go to the restaurant.

Property was well kept and clean and employees encountered were very nice.

Due to the Indy 500 race in Indy the nightly rate was higher than normal.

it was not only clean and beautiful, but the location is perfect for walking around to all the local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the "fun" part of Bloomington. Staff were terrific, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Only 1 elevator was functioning, didn't really cause much of a problem for us overall.

Clean, breakfast was amazing!!! The staff was awesome!!! Cece accommodated us to the fullest, we both made each other’s night!
