Excellent, friendly staff, specifically "Ash" who carried all our bags to the second floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel.

It was a bit far from where we were going but no issues with the actual hotel. It is definitely "off the beaten path".

It was very clean, quite and had a good breakfast. Plenty of coffee.

B da were a little hard , but I slept due to the day’s activities. Some people didn’t have a place to set for breakfast because they had a staff meeting in the dining area . Not well thought out on that.

The hotel was new and clean, and the staff was very nice. The king sized bed was very comfortable. There's 2 TV. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The breakfast, or lack of, wasn't good. There is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the guests to use. The hotel has 2 floors with no evaluator. I have asthma and was very difficult to use the stairs. Not enough pots and pans in the kitchen area. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff were amazing. The night shift guy was very helpful at 2:30 AM and I feel bad that I didn’t get his name. very clean place and a good breakfast!

The only downside was how tall the beds are. I’m vertically challenged and would have benefited from a step stool.

We were visiting Miami University. The winding roads make it difficult at night-no lights or road markings! The staff suggested Bath road which did make it less winding so not so bad.

Excellent breakfast, room clean and well stocked.

Beds are too high off the floor for elderly person. Had to use a step stool for my wife to get in and out of bed. Original booking address given as old highway one, not highway 101. GPS had us trying to find the old highway in the woods.

Great, helpful staff, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, nice little "store" on site, comfortable beds...

The only thing that we didn't like was the humidifier that kept coming on (and off) regularly, which was noisy and kept waking us up thru the night. No matter how great the place is, if you can't sleep at night, you probably won't return.

Convenient and clean. Pet friendly was a plus because we had to take our dog with us this vacation. We had the room with the kitchenette which was great for washing baby bottles and just being able to stay in the room and relax. Also the not smoking policy of the property was great, you didn’t have that smoky smell lingering.

Not having an elevator with a bunch of kids stuff was a little rough but nothing to change how we felt about the stay.

Our second stay at this hotel, and again, the service was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they offer an excellent breakfast. On this trip they made the dining area available to our large family staying there for eating and hanging out together in the evening! Much appreciated!!

Really nice facilities. Loved the room, very comfortable.

I personally like the spot but there isn't all too much around. One can struggle to find somewhere to eat, say, on an easter sunday
