Location was great, comfortable beds and had a bar

Check in process we were early at first before 3pm so totally understood when room wasn't available. However we went back at 4:05 and was told room still not available and when I said but it's after check-in time of 3 was told we'll check in is really 4 I said well it's 4:05 she then said it's really between 4 to 6. Don't advertise a 3 pm check-in if it's 6 pm. But then who knows when the real check-in time is ??? 3 pm that is what is advertised. It is talked about to we went to a bar down the street to wait and there were others in same situation so you might want to correct that. Also with price of rooms you would think breakfast would be included. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing though . But no fridge in the rooms???

Room was nice, location was great, town had a few little parks for kids which was also nice. Everything was comfortable and clean and quiet, and staff was friendly and accomodating.

No fridge in the room! We were traveling with our three young children, one of which still drinks milk. A lot of it. Unfortunately, we couldnt keep our milk cold. There were ice machines, but because none of the rooms had a fridge, everyone needed ice, so there never was any ice in the machine! Literally our only complaint! This is the fist time we have traveled anywhere in YEARS and didnt have a fridge in our room.....

The people at this hotel are amazing. I needed a late check out to take a meeting - only 45 min, when I asked they did not hesitate to say yes and marked it on my room. I only needed 30 minutes, but when I checked out she asked how my meeting went! The Starbucks lady is great and each night we got a drink or ate at the bar and had a different server and both nights the women were so genuinely nice. I would go back for them alone! The room was a nice room, outside of the WIFI and counters not clean! I would still go back in every time I am in town.

The counter in the room where the TV was was not clean, I had to clean it myself - it was bad. It looked like everything else had been wiped down with a dirty rag. No microwave The WIFI was impossible to get on to get work done. Every other hotel I stay at I am able to log in to the WIFI and my work VPN and work, but never this hotel, not sure why but it is frustrating.

Location

The facility is beautiful. It is to new to have a yucky looking floor in the shower. You could see dirty spots behind the bathroom door and under the sink like the cleaning staff gave the floor a hit and a miss. The shower floor was slippery like it had soap scum built up on it and the shower faucet look like it had soap scum on it. I wish I had taken pictures. It was room 807.

Wonderfully comfortable beds, large room with supersize bathroom. The warm cookie greeting was appreciated along with the friendly, efficient staff. Food was nicely cooked. A/ C was quiet and efficient. Convenient location to downtown and scenic levee walk.

Our 4th floor room had a great view of not the city but of the roof and air conditioning equipment! Breakfast was not buffet style, but ordering from set menu, taking longer. No refrigerator or microwave was available. Bar and Grill staffed by one person and sometimes missing.

Nice hotel on the Ohio River. beautiful surroundings. lovely town. very helpful staff. Night clerk Zoey was very friendly and helpful. night manager Lena was AMAZING. We had an issue with some unclean sheets and bathroom. She took care of both herself at 11pm. Also had a room mixup which she took care of as well. Nice workout room. Gave us a late checkout time which was helpful. Nice bike path along the river. Bikes available to rent.

staff was fantastic, and location was perfect to get to where we needed. the buildings main lobby was beautiful. The river right outside the hotel was very nice s well. (Cookies were delicious!)

Our sink had a minor issue that caused it to drain EXTREMELY slowly allowing water to build up.

Our room was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The location was great, and the river side restaurant was close by and very good. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Not a lot of accessible electrical outlets.

Great location in a very cute little town. Easy parking in the garage across the street and the staff was very friendly.

The room did not smell very fresh when we walked in. the pillows were pretty flat and they were stinky! also no refrigerator in the room.

Great location, really nice rooms, we did get put in an ADA room, and I do have to say, that the sink in our room would be very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to reach with ease, but other than that, it was a great room and seemed very accessible.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room. If you’re staying a few days, don’t expect your drinks to be chilled or to bring chicken salad for lunch like we did.
