Our room was very clean!

We traveled 3+ hours and got there late. when we got there the very rude lady at the desk told me they were at capacity and couldn't find my reservation. although I had confirmation and already paid. Once I called booking & the nice booking lady called the hotel they "magically" found that the staff had cancelled my room on their end which shouldn't have happened to begin with since I booked and paid through a third party it should've only been cancelled through a third party. they had 2 extra rooms for emergency situations and gave me one. the beds were hard. the air was off in the room so it was hot when we got there and since it was already so late it was up into the night before the room cooled down. but the room was very clean so was the rest of the hotel.

I would especially want to thank Ashley and Dion. Ashley was ALWAYS so polite and friendly. When she was leaving after her shift. She took time just to talk with us. She remembered we were there for a wedding, and asked how it went. Dion. Went above and beyond. Our television was not working correctly. He was in the hall and we asked for his help. He came in. Said it was probably the batteries. He went down Stairs and brought back new batteries. While always smiling The night desk clerk on Sunday night (10 Sept) was also very helpful. We were looking for some place to eat. She was very knowledgeable of the area. Last but not least. The ladies who ran the breakfast. Always so pleasant and very personable Overall, the staff is/was very impressive

Easy to get to from the interstate. Close to stores and restaurants. The room and shower were clean. The shower had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in pumps. The room was large and had a refrigerator, which is hard to get in many hotels these days. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The curtains were great at keeping the light out.

The pillows were hard.

Plenty of space in rooms, normal presentation of coffee maker, etc. Quiet, comfortable rooms - our dog didn't detect any annoying sounds in the night. BACON! Promise of bacon permeated the lounge/dining areas and was part of a great breakfast offering. Breakfast staff were jovial and welcoming.

Glass patio doors were in need of some hardware upgrades-fastening screw for the lock on the hallway door to room was 3/4 out of the socket. I screwed it back in, but then noticed the door frame had lost parts of the jam that secure the lock. None of these things were recent, simply unobserved features. The sense of security has been deemed by management to be less of a concern for travelers. I doubt that to be a good decision

All areas were clean and well stocked for breakfast; happy to have a nice selection and the staff attending it was very friendly. Glad to have a fresh fruit selection! Staff checking me both in and out was very friendly and helpful!

Honestly, I'd have to really think about it but the only thing I can think of is that when adjusting the temperature of the room, either up or down, the unit was very noisy.

Our room was clean, and the staff friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast had healthy choices with veggie egg white omelettes and turkey sausage patties.

My husband didn’t like the make-yourself pancakes offered At breakfast. He said they were tasteless and he put them in the trash after a few bites. The outdoor sign could have better lighting in order to see the entrance to the parking lot better.

The location, the room, the pool

My granddaughter left a bag of new earrings that she had bought and a water bottle from the Cincinnati Zoo in the room. I called and inquired about them and was told that they didn't have anything and they would contact me if they ever found it and I was never contacted. The only place these items could have been left was in the room

It was a convenient location and with friendly staff. We felt the environment was safe. The breakfast on-site was an added plus.

The shower wasn't clean and had hair strands in the tub and on the floor nearby. The lounge coach in the room had cigarette holes in it.

The cleanliness of this facility and room, except for the spider webs when pulling up the shades. I liked the bathroom including the Watkins shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The continental breakfast was great. And the pool was crisp and clean.

The breakfast was very good. We were happy with the location of the motel. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We just missed having the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and popcorn on Friday night that we had the rest of the nights.
