i was suppose to have 2 Queen beds in the 2 rooms i reserved but at check in the lady only checked me in with 1 room so she had to redo my checkin and i went to room and it was Just a King size bed which was not that big of a deal but i thought she should have seen i had 2 rooms at first with the 2 Queen beds. then the Pool was clean but it was Ice Cold. that is only thing i had any kind of issue with everything else was good maybe make breakfest till 11.00 on sundays lol

The room was amazing! The a/c was so nice during our stay. The staff was so polite. It made for a great vacation.

The location is a little difficult to get to with traffic conditions and the neighboring hotels are not nice properties making the area look a bit shifty, but this hotel makes up for it with its staff and cleanliness as well as the excellent quality of the rooms.

it was gorgeous and so CLEAN and New our room was so Huge my son did a cartwheel as soon as we walked in, bed and linens were amazing Jade at the front desk was very very helpful Twice. she moved my stay dates and was so nice about it and then she gave me complimentary contact solution which i needed desperately!! the breakfast was also great perfect for before a baseball game!

i couldn’t figure out how to turn exhaust fan on in bathroom 🤣 or if it even had one. it looked like it did but couldn’t find a switch anywhere and didn’t seem like you could lock the bathroom door either

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, temperature controlled. It was great.

When I went to check in, I was pressured into changing my room. I had booked a room with a tub. Nothing on the booking that said it was a handicapped room. I saw it had a tub. And I wanted to relax in a tub. But I was convinced at check in that somehow I had made a mistake in booking... did I mean to book a handicapped room?... there aren't very many handicapped available. But I went with what the clerk was saying. And I didn't get all of the things I wanted out of the booking I made. And it wasn't even a busy night for them.

The breakfast area was large so it could accommodate a lot of people without being crowded! The breakfast bar had a good selection of breakfast items. The line for the waffles stayed backed up so might consider adding another waffle machine.

Maybe two waffle machines. They were very popular and the line was always backed up.

very nice staff, clean everything. fresh room. i was pleased with table and all the dish wear. you randomly need a fork or spoon sometimes and they provided that.

the pool was cold, however the staff member did say they were working on the heating system. The pillows were not as firm.

The room was very roomy for a weekend girls (4friends) trip. We had stayed last year on a last minute reservation and we were very pleased so we knew where we would stay this time.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Love the friendly staff and beautiful room! Clean room and fully furnished for a hotel room!

Carpets could be cleaner and the luggage rack along with the iron didn’t work. But staff managed to sort it out.

The lady at the front desk. (The one who checked us in) Every time we saw her she was cranky! We heard her complaining to other staff about guests and other staff.
