Stay was quiet and room was very clean. Check in was prompt. Numerous restaurants were close by which made it convenient after an 8 hour drive, didn't really want to drive more after the initial trip, so it was nice to see the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ready as described by Hotel, coffee was pretty good also.

No complaints to mention.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. I had trouble with the authorization form from my company and her patience and support was amazing! Plus she baked cookies in her shift!! Coffee at breakfast was great. Nice breakfast selection. The place was very clean. Rooms are spacious and cozy.

Nothing I didn't like.

We got in super late and I was so tired. The Lady working the desk was very personable and seemed genuinely caring. The room was nice and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The lady running it was professional and super sweet to my children. We enjoyed our stay!!

Quiet, comfortable and close to the highway..

Our door had been broken at some point, door jamb was bent. Also we had an adjoining room door, I don't personally like them The adjoining room had no lock on the hallway door, which means anyone could have walked into. I brought this up to the front desk.

My spouse was happy with the food offerings. I'm on a different kind of diet, so eggs and bacon were the only things I could eat. I always find eggs too salty at hotels though. Peanut butter would have been good.

I only wish you didn't take out the hot tub. Always nice to have after a long hard drive and that it was.

Laura, working at the front desk when we rolled in at midnight and had some issues checking in (bookin.com's issue) she was super helpful and kept the mood light under stressful circumstances. The bed and pillows were so comfy.

I would say, the only thing negative was the breakfast, even though a free breakfast is nice. I think you guys could do better.

Room was perfect. Close to the Highway, multiple restaurants close by. Staff was great, we were late to breakfast but they let my kids grab some food as they were cleaning up, very friendly. Room was clean and liked the King suite, spacious for a family.

one thing…..tv did not work. we were beat so it wasn’t a big deal but it never worked. we asked but there was no other option or maintenance person.

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk guy was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Try and get some of the stains out of tub. Hard water I get it but it try different products. Little turned off by that.
