Set thermostat, but it didn’t’ stay on 74 degrees. Room became very cold. In my sleep stage, I couldn’t think about adjusting thermostat in the middle of the night. No blanket provided. It was an uncomfortable freezing night, but in a lovely room.

Very clean building and my room was very clean. In a very quiet location. There was no crime that I saw when I was there. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Asked about checking in an hour early, I got no reply back. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. The tub drained very slowly. Just minor things, really.

My stay here is always a good experience. Their breakfast is delicious, the hotel is always clean and their staff are nice. I love seeing Kimmy (front desk) when I stay here. She is so nice and accommodates to all of my needs!

i travel for my job and I work night shift. I had asked for a late check out (so I could sleep after my shift)and unfortunately the employee I asked did not put a note in to let other staff know. so I was woken up by the front desk knocking on my door telling me it was past check out time.

The staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive!

I realize it is unavoidable and not the fault of the hotel, but the road construction out front was inconvenient and there really should be a traffic light to enable safe left turns onto highway. Again, hotel is not responsible for such things.

we stayed for two nights and both mornings the breakfast was the same. i know they dont have to offer breakfast but maybe switch up what they serve. the pool was under construction but they talked to the hotel next to them and they let us go next door and use their pool.

AT OTHER HOTELS THAT WE HAVE STAYED AT THEY HAD TRASH CANS AT LEAST BY THE ELEVATOR AND OR BY THE ICE MACHINE BUT WE COULDNT FIND ANY WE HAD TO FIND A TRASH CAN OUT SIDE TO THROW OUR TRASH AWAY

It was a good deal and an in between location to the places we came to visit. I also really appreciated a front desk person, Cathy. She was so much help when we needed to change the type of room due to our son deciding to come with us. She has excellent people skills that are genuine and she goes the extra mile to see your stay is wonderful.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Quick check in. Room was more spacious than expected. Parking was well lit and I felt safe in the parking lot. Also, it's close to great quick food options and shopping when you need the essentials.

The sofa in our room had seen better days. Also there was a shirt on the floor from the previous group that stayed in our room.

getting to hotel was good.

I have 2 dogs and pick up and bag their poop and put them in the trash. Having a dog is good for travelers but I have to say the entire area was covered in poop. if you don’t have someone that picks up every day ,(many dogs there) then you shouldn’t have a pet friendly hotel. Disgusting.

I believe the young woman that checked us in was Terese, and she was an absolutely a sweetheart!! She knew a little ASL and was very interactive. knowing that everyone across the country is short staffed, she was very communicative about if our rooms were ready or not, and I can respect a person that is genuine and honest!! Give that person a raise, she deserves it!! We saw her working 20+ hours at a time during our 3 day-stay and she was amazing during all of our interactions!!

I was requesting to be on the same floor as my family and that was not able to be done due to booking

Breakfast were great- I stayed 4 days and had some new choice each day. Nice yard area for my dog. Room was big and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly, chatted with Jason and others several times and felt very welcome
