Repeat guests for the Notre Dame game. The hotel is clean and secure and a great value compared to other SB area hotels. They have a friendly and responsive staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, wifi/fridge/microwave/heat&AC works well, and bathroom was spotless.

I'm nitpicking here - but the pillows are small and it is a dated, but well-kept location.

Unassuming hotel in a complex of similar and retail. Parking lot clean and well lighted. Lobby with a food service area to the right of the check in desk and nicely grouped tables and 24/7 coffee/tea. (No coffee maker in room & frankly I’d rather walk down and get a better coffee 24/7) Check in at the lobby was fast and my room was clean and comfortable. Large compact fridge. Comfy bed, nice size tv, bathroom was clean and stocked. Dove bathroom amenities. Ac/heat worked well. Breakfast was not only your usual continental, but HOT eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & Gravy. A bit more food than the high end chains! It was a last minute booking on my trek and I’m glad I booked The Baymont Elkhart!

it was real nice and friendly everyone I got up to go to breakfast they always say good morning they always spoke I always ask how I was doing very nice breakfast was A1 the room's nice cozy comfortable clean and I felt real safe there and once I get back to Elkhart that's where I will be going back to better

there was nothing that I didn't like

the breakfast was excellent, food was warm and if not, there was a micro to warm it. There was a staff member keeping an eye on things if food got low. Room waw comfty and staff was friendly. Would go again

Only real complaint, if one, would be the water pressure. Shower was adequate but could have been more pressure. As well as for the toilet.

Everything. The room was spacious and had good lighting. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Saff was very polite and accommodating. The manager's little girl was so adorable. No complaints about breakfast. Facility was neat and clean. Room was quiet. Have stayed here several times and am never disappointed. A great place for a quiet getaway.

Wish there would have been a coffee maker in the room, but I am sure the staff would have offered coffee had I asked. They are great!

The location was perfect for my needs the breakfast was better than I expected the biscuits and gravy wasn't half bad for being northern biscuits and gravy I was surprised at the variety of options for breakfast

The blanket was too thin and the shower head leaked

I got charged by booking .com and also baymont when I arrived when I disputed the charge I lost which is not ok how do I pay for a room twice even talked to front desk she assured me it didn’t go thru when in fact it did and didn’t give me my money back so never again

The area exceeded the expectation of safety. Exterior cleanliness, the pillows and bed were comfortable. Loved having the option of a pool.

The bathroom has seen better days. Chips of the tub are missing inside and out. And I'm pretty sure the silicone molding is stained from black mold. Not sure why there was lotion or shampoo smeared down the wall near the sink. Everything else was perfect in my eyes for needs.

The rooms are very nice and clean for the price, it's a great deal! Check out is at noon which I also like instead of the 11:00.

Staff very accommodating and helpful with finding and switching our room.

the cleaners they used had very strong smell, we moved to a non carpeted room and it was better. My daughter and I are very sensitive to fragrences and found it difficult to handle.
