no fee for the first pet was awesome, the room was very nice and everything was great. enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

there was minimal vegan friendly breakfast options other than dry toast in the morning (you can get individual servings of smart balance that are vegan) also the mirror light that looked beautiful gave off a hum might be a possible issue there.

If you’re getting off the turnpike, this is a super easy location to get to: just drive straight! Easy to find and the night staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good!

The room was right next to an external door, so I heard the door slamming all night. Some mold issues in the bathroom, but other than that, no cleanliness issues. The room did smell a little bit, but I suspect that a heavy smoker rented it before me and the smell was lingering.

This seems trivial, but the pictures on the wall created a home-like feeling with images of local historic buildings - NOT some random art that is repeated in many chain hotels. The bed and pillows were great. The breakfast selections were very good - the eggs were perfectly cooked and there was yogurt! I am so glad to have a walk-in shower and a strong-stream shower head. The location provided a long walk opportunity the adjacent shopping center - good when you have a dog who needs a long walk.

The shower needed a bit of maintenance cleaning at some fo the edges. (Most of us have those issues at home.). And that is it!

The breakfast was very good. Thank you! The waffles & biscuits with gravy were fantastic! All of the hot food was hot. I wish there was a choice of scrambled eggs, as we do not care for the ?soft/hard boiled ones. Also, maybe a choice of sausage or bacon would be awesome! We arrived after dinner, but the 2 gentlemen at the desk were both friendly & very helpful! (Sorry I did not get their names). The room was very clean, which was the most important thing for us!!! We also liked having the indoor pool to use when we wanted to relax! We would definitely stay here, again, if we were in the area!

The only thing wrong was that the exhaust fan was soooo loud that we could not use it, especially at night, as it also rattled, & we were concerned it would wake up other guests around us! We told the front desk the 1st night, but were told to tell the management the next day. We tried to do that, but no one was available to speak with, as a note said staff were busy doing other things around the hotel. We were finally able to tell the manager at checkout, the 2nd morning, but that did not do us any good! The only other thing was that only 2 sets of bath towels were given to us, but we had 4 in our group! We did get 2 more sets the 1st morning, after finding a housekeeper, but if there are 2 queen beds in the room, it makes sense to leave 4 sets of towels in the room!

The staff was friendly

My bathroom sink was clogged and tge bathtub drain was also clogged. Got there on Friday told them about it and they said maintenance was would be there at 9am. 12 or 1pm went and asked when he was coming to fix the sink and told him and front desk about bathtub and told them again when I checked out on Sunday. Other than than awesome place to stay. They also need a night light for bathroom.

When we arrived the front desk was very Nice. He was helpful when we were looking for a good place to eat. We enjoyed the pool area even when there was a lot of kids in the pool it was the right temp. The front desk was even helpful when we got back to our room and the heater fan was not working. He offered to put us in another room but we refused due to our autistic child already being asleep.

There were a lot of kids playing in the gym area due to the pool being shut down from them the night before when we told the front desk they did not say anything for them to leave so we could not enjoy our workout. The person running the breakfast looked like he just rolled out of bed with greasy hair did not seem to want to be at work.

The beds were very comfortable and overall, the room was nice. We appreciated having a room that was n the ground floor close to an exit as we had our small dog traveling with us.

When we first arrive, our room felt a little damp, like maybe they just shampooed the carpets(?) The only negative thing was that there was black mold in the shower along a seam line.

We were moving from IN to DE, so we had a few days where our furniture was on a POD, but we had some clean up to do at our house before turning it over to buyers. Finding a great rate on Booking. com was great. It really helps for multi day stays.

Being in a hotel room with one husband and two frisky kittens! Seriously, as these older properties renovate, they look good at first glance. But in this case there was build up in the corners of bathroom that weren't getting cleaned.

Pet friendly without a ridiculous fee or extreme policies , comfortable beds, good basic breakfast options, great location, easy to get to/from facility, plenty of parking for oversized vehicles.

the room felt damp and the vinyl wood-like floor seemed to have a dark film on it. The bath tub was extremely slick with no bath mat for the tub. At least provide a rubber mat to prevent someone from falling.

New bathroom, large room with king sized bed and couch with desk and chair. Saturday came in and room was great.

No clock, including not one on microwave. When we came in Sunday evening both key cards did not work, we know magnets and key cards do not mix. Once we went down and get new cards we found the room was lacking a lot. Had to go back down to get coffee plus cups. Room was not cleaned.
