It appeared clean and well kept.

Lightning in the rear parking lot could have been better. In addition, the entry door at the rear parking lot entrance was unlocked still at 1:15 a.m. I was able to walk in without having to use my key. As a security director with excess of 25 years for a major hotel chain in the State of Indiana, this was unacceptable and clearly placed the safety of hotel guest in jeopardy.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Had issue with our TV. I called front desk, and he came up promptly to our room. He had to go back for batteries for our remote to replace them. He was very nice and very helpful..Beds were comfy, and room temp was easily and adequately controlled..Room was clean and appropriately stocked.

Just one minor thing...not a deal breaker, but the pool was closed for some sort of mechanical issue. Having a 10 year old who looks forward to being able to swim while away, it was disappointing for her. I didn't inquire about it, but it would have been a kind gesture to offer discount of some sort..no big deal for me..just an idea in order to completely satisfy future guests. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location, cleanliness, nicely furnished room

I went down for breakfast and confronted with sign that it costs $10.49. I was shocked. Asked gal at front desk. She had to look up my booking, then informed me it was not included for my reservation. She said you don't find this type of breakfast, with variety of hot foods included, unless with a company staying at a hotel. That is not true. I had to leave hotel to get breakfast. I think I paid enough for one person to have breakfast included. I will check elsewhere next time in town. A second item is that I called front desk repeatedly about 1 a.m. I never got an answer. I then called reservation 800 number. Got recording at Orange Beach to press a number to talk to a male or female for some company!!

Close to where we needed to be and it had a great sports bar close by

My husband would say unable to watch football in our room local channels not available I would say I loved everything

The place is beautiful. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast options along with continental buffet. David was our server for breakfast. He is awesome! Very quiet place and great value.

The pool was not open in which was disappointing.

only problem we had was the water was off because of a plumbing issue. We never got notified it would be off for while we just noticed when our toilet didn’t flush and no running water

The room/building could use a slight update. Ex..the shower faucet handle had a large wall opening behind it. Water runs inside and is rotting the wall. Things like that certainly don’t meet my expectations for a room costing over$200 a night. A bit disappointed Eggs tasted powdered instead of fresh. Fruit was awesome. Bed was so so

Parking lot is small, we got the last available spot. Plan ahead.

We enjoyed the room accommodations. Cleanliness and access…thumbs up! Downside…Your location is not easy to find for “out of towners”.) Breakfast not being a “packaged deal” was a turn off as well. However…would stay again. 👈.
