Breakfast was just O.K. but then, I couldn't complain at all because the price of the room was such a good value and at that price, I wouldn't expect a free breakfast at all. All in all, the breakfast was definitely adequate.

The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom could have been stronger. But honestly, the bedding was comfortable, it was quiet, we had lots of towels, the refrigerator had an actual freezer, and the T.V. was excellent and large with many channels.

Breakfast was great. Lot of variety. Room and Bathroom for Disability Room was large and spacious. Loves that there was a bath chair.

The walk-in shower needs a bath mat, it was pretty slick. We put a towel down to stand on. Water Pressure could have been better and a shelf in the shower would be beneficial. AC didn’t stay on and keep room cool once we left the room but it would cool down pretty good once we were back in the room.

staff was rude. when I walked up to check in, he did not say a single word to me. when I told him my name and that I was there to check in, he just said cars and license. that’s it. nothing else. handed him both, he took it and handed a piece of paper to me. still didn’t say anything to me. I filled out the information and then he handed the room key to me. still never said a single word to me. I asked which way to my room and he just rolled his eyes and pointed down the hall. I was shocked at his unprofessionalism. he literally said 2 words to me. card and license. I was very disappointed

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was great and pillows were nice. It was a great night’s sleep. Most of the guests were working people, in bed early, gone at dawn.

The breakfast was ok, but I did find any jelly or jam for my toast. The hotel is located on a busy street and the pedestrian accommodations are lacking. Crossing the street would be hazardous for an elderly person.

All good The pool was easily accessed and heated staff friendly and helpful security doors were locked and properly accessible will stay here again when in the area

one side of the window blackout curtain was broken - pull rod was missing - so it did not close properly But it did do its job no earl grey tea for breakfast

The facility was very clean and professional.

We had a bit of trouble at check in, the staff person was very kind but unfortunately she had trouble with the computer. We waited for 20ish minutes and my daughter, who had a separate room, couldn't check in till other stay got there. But over it was fine and it got worked out.

Beds were VERY comfortable. Rooms were pleasant, quiet, and clean. Room had a fridge and microwave and a lot of outlets and charging ports. Check in process was pretty quick and easy. Rates were reasonable. We would stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't super exciting, but I'm sure it's more limited right now because of Covid restrictions - Consisted of cereal, yogurt, sausage, egg, biscuits and gravy, and some packaged muffins.

Breakfast was good. Pool was really warm too. Gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and even suggested some really good places to eat for dinner.

A little bummed there wasn't a hot tub in the pool area like we had expected, but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for our stay.

Loved the pool and the beds were very comfortable, nice room.

As a disabled person the shower needs something on the floor it was slippery and possibly one or two more grab bars in the shower area would help. A hand held shower head would also be nice.

I need a place to stay for one night and we picked this hotel very late at night not expecting much but I was surprised with The room was clean the bed very confortable.

The A/C was a bit loud and the breakfast eggs were gone about 8am maybe they refill the tray after i left.
