The games were awesome for the prizes.

I bought two popcorns packages from:the front desk and also bought a stuffed eagle for $10 or $12 and my son and I were in the game room playing by ourselves at about 8:00 at night when they closed and we realized that we left it there and asked and no one had seen it and we looked and the popcorn and eagle were not there. We went up to our room realized that the items are missing, came back down and they were gone so I had to buy another eagle in the morning. I want to assume that somebody that was staying there took it but they were closed and no one was in there so it really doesn't look very good on the employees part.

We were allowed to check in about an hour early, without any heads-up given by us, which was awesome! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was definitely one of the better ones I've seen. There were plenty of restaurants in the area offering delivery, which was great after our kids exhausted themselves at the water park.

The water park's temperature was comfortable for the most part, but it would have been nice if it had been about 10 degrees warmer. They ran out of towels pretty quickly, so maybe bring your own (we were expecting that though since we went during Winter Break, so we brought some for the kids). Otherwise it was great!

I could see the Mississippi River from my room. Nice walking path. Walking distance to the River Museum.

Bathroom needs to be updated…soap dish in shower stained and sink handles leaked water only when in use. On our second day, my sons were not able to have access the big slides due to staffing concerns but the staff at the front desk helped out with coverage and the kids were able to go down all big slides towards the end of the day. The staff worked to accommodate the customers.

Room was good breakfast was decent

My biggest problem with the place as there was no coffee available anywhere downstairs till breakfast at 630 and to me that is just wrong in a hotel of this size. I am an early riser and usually leave the room to go to lobby with IPad and sit and drink coffee while the rest of family sleeps. There was the usual little coffee pots in room with awful coffee but again if the rest of your family is sleeping you are not going to wake them up while you make coffee. You would think the desk person who doesn’t have much to do on that shift could maintain a pot of coffee

We had a wonderful end room with two large windows that overlooked the Mississippi River. That was definitely the best part of our room. The cleaning staff was very nice. The kids loved the waterpark and arcade. It wasn't anything grand but it was enough for my 8 and 10 year old. The laser game was fun for them as well. I loved that the River Walk was directly behind the hotel and we ate at Ramos Restaurant many times. They had great live music, good food that wasn't reasonably priced. We sat outside on the patio one evening. It has a great atmosphere and another night we sat by a window and had a great view of the River.

The beds weren't super comfortable but they also weren't horrible. The rooms could be updated a bit and the tv's could be bigger but the room was perfect for what we needed it for-to sleep and hangout between waterpark/arcade and food runs. It would have been more convenient to use the stairs a few times but they have signs on them not to use them so you HAVE to use the only two elevators to the entire place. That was kind of a drag at times. But all in all this was a wonderful place, we had a great time and absolutely loved the view we had from our room. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to others. We all enjoyed our stay.

I lived that we were just a parking lot away from the Aquarium and the view from our window Wow! We even got to see a free traveling circus that performed entirely on a handmade boat in the Mississippi River.

Some of the games in the arcade are in need of repairs. The prizes in the prize Kiosk didn't always matched to the numbers selected and not much of a selection for prizes, but my grandson was happy with it.

It was a convenient location with the walking path and river museum within walking distance. Lots of options for families. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Only thing I did not like, feel it’s worse than going to Vegas was the arcade. Several games not operating and kids spent $40 and got a $.10 sticker. Very disappointed and will not utilize that area again.

Arcade! Having to walk by it everyday was a bad experience

The view out the window. Water park was good , but closed the big slide down that was really the only place the family was having fun. At the time so that was disappointing do to staffing should of closed something else down. For the little kids they wouldn't have been so disappointed they have a lot more to do.

Them closing the big slide. And you need high rising stools in the bathrooms.

Room was adequate. Would have preferred two queen beds. Beds were too soft, lumpy.

Breakfast. Staff needs to improve attitude. Had to ask for decaf coffee every morning. Same menu, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits, hash browns each day that there were “full” occupancy. Gravy was cold on at least one morning. On Monday, because there were fewer guest (according to staff), no biscuits or gravy — which meant that there was no bread to go with the meal. I do not consider donut holes a morning bread.

The hotel was attractive and very clean. We had a wonderful greeting as the front desk and got checked into our room fine. The waterpark is awesome and our grandkids had a great time there. The arcade was also a lot of fun but like most a bit on the expensive side. our stay was very enjoyable until the next morning when the fire alarm went off. It was a bit scary when we got to the stairwell on the six floor and saw that there were people standing still all the way down to the ground. He didn’t seem to be any staff guiding anyone out and if the fire had been bad it could’ve been dangerous for everyone to try and get out quickly. I would suggest that they practice their fire drills! All in all, I would highly recommend this facility for your family vacation. The room was a good bargain considering that it included passes to the water park and a really good free breakfast. Our thanks to the staff who made it really nice for us.

as mentioned before, when we left our room as the fire alarm was going off the stairwell was packed and people were moving. I don’t know how everyone would’ve gotten out safely had it been a real fire not just a smoke detector set off by overcooked popcorn. Please review your safety plan and make sure you have the ability to get everyone out quickly and safely
