Great place to stay, great price, great staff. I literally can not say enough good things about this hotel. Over the weekend I had found myself in the most dreadful situation, at a nearby hotel, checking in after midnight after a long day of driving with 2 young kids and my husband, told them not to bring in bags because I like to check out rooms before we do that and of course there are roaches. We had brought in nothing but the clothes we were wearing so we braved it through a few hours for the kids to rest and immediately I searched for a new hotel as we needed to stay in El Dorado all weekend. I was personally mad enough I wanted to drive back home where I know it's clean. Anyways I found this place and checked some reviews from real people, not fake accounts as I realized the other place had. Decided to give a call, explained my situation to the front desk and they got me in a room as early as 10:30 that morning! So after the nightmare of a night we got breakfast with our kids and headed there. The guy at the front desk was amazing and even offered to let us check out the room and if we weren't satisfied he'd refund us immediately. He also let us know the people staying in the next room worked nights so he obviously cares about the comfort of all of his guests. Our kid are usually good about being quiet but when they wanted to play on scooters we just had them play farther from the rooms, no big deal to us! We come to El dorado frequently as my step kids live here and this one single stay has made me a guest for every time we come to town. ❤️

Being a private owned hotel it wasn't as advertised as mainstream hotels.

Bed was comfy. Air conditioner worked great, loved the added bonus of a ceiling fan. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Had to plug in fridge but once it cooled it worked fine.

The bathroom is in need of a redo. The tub, although big, was in rough shape. It also needs something on the bottom for slipperiness, be careful!

The room was perfect for an overnight while traveling long distance. Very comfortable king bed, great shower head (often an issue), and exceptionally clean. Good cable TV and wifi. Next to a nice taco shop. Furthermore, the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. A good man.

Check-in is still the traditional means of filling out too much paper. My experience is that most hotels have moved away from this.

King room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, price was very good and it was close to the Interstate. Several fast food and small restaurants nearby. Ice machine worked good coffee in office.

No coffee pot or blowdryer or kleenex in room.

The staff was attentive and accommodating. The location and price were perfect. Rooms and grounds were clean. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Shower got hot and had good pressure.

That the taco place next door was drive thru only. No reflection on the hotel. We walked 60 more feet and had Mexican at the next restaurant.

The location was great being to the east of Wichita since my trip was taking me further east. It made getting on the I-35 the next morning super easy. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and relatively quiet. I now look specifically for motels like this one with only one story and the ability to park directly in front of my room. It makes getting in and out of my room a breeze. Something I am really beginning to appreciate as I get older. I thought, for my needs, it was an exceptional value. Within a few blocks of the hotel, there is a Casey’s, Jimmy John’s, Burger King and Walmart. Since I may be making this same trip on a regular basis, I definitely plan on staying here again.

I experienced something that is probably very rare. My air conditioner/heater was on a circuit that tripped the circuit breaker in the middle of the night. It was 12 degrees outside and my room got quite cold. It ruined my night’s sleep. I would have given this place a 9.0 if it hadn’t been for this incident and I had gotten the decent night’s sleep I anticipate getting the next time I stay there. Another thing is the lighting. What these spartanly outfitted rooms need is one decent floor lamp for better lighting and ambiance.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. A friend and I were visiting to run in the El Dorado half marathon. The manager was great - he made pre-race coffee for us and let us check out a bit late. We so appreciated his efforts!

Very clean and stay was quiet.

I asked for a quiet room and though the layer guests arriving were quiet enough, the rooms were just filled as a check in basis and I was next to the ice machine room. The motel was not full so I could have easily been placed at the end. No coffee maker. Shame on you. The manager said it was due to Covid. And then I had to ask when coffee in the lobby was served. Also…no tissue paper and no iron or ironing board. These are basic amenities guests expect. Please do yourself a favor and put back the coffee makers and coffee. With the absence of the tissue paper I felt it was more of a budgeting matter to save money.

The beds were soft really clean they need to get softer bathroom towels and when they have someone coming the should plug in the refrigerator other than that great place

The price was great for what is provided. It was cheaper than the Holiday inn express, and Days Inn, but they include breakfast, so that all lines up as expected.
