Driving up, I’m saying to myself “it’s not the best Hilton I’ve seen or visited” but the moment you walk in it makes you forget about the outside of the hotel if that’s something you actually care about. From the lobby, restaurant/bar leading up to your room is Hilton standard. My room was nice, spacious & clean. The only complaint about the room is that the ottoman could be changed out for sure. The leather was peeling off bad and you can hear quite well other guests in the hall way. So I don’t know if that’s from just the guest being extra loud or the room walls are just that thin but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hilton

Was given the wrong number to call the shuttle bus back to the airport and called for over a half hour with no one answering. Waited for a shuttle bus for about 45 minutes and finally took one that was not the one for you hotel. So it cost us extra to get back to our car. Was told "sorry we gave you the wrong number."

I enjoyed my room. The bed was very comfortable, and the amount of pillows was an added bonus. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but having this coffee shop on site was a life-saver for my very early mornings. I stayed at this hotel for an event, and the execution of the banquet staff as well as management was excellent. Good job Hilton!

It appeared majority of the Covid preventative measures were not up to par. The hand sanitizer stations were out of product, and the women's bathrooms had the rolls of paper towels placed on counter for all to touch instead of inside a dispenser. Also, in general, the hotel was very hot in most areas. It took quite a long time for my room to obtain a comfortable temperature. The hallways and common areas were pretty hot/humid as well.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, close to the airport, pool was nice, weight room was very nice and roomy.

daily amount to park your vehicle at the hotel while you are gone on your trip. $15 a day seems a bit pricey. We have stayed at other properties by the airport and their fees were only $6 or $8. It would be nice to of had a hot tub to soak in.

Nice location for access to the airport. Shuttle service runs every 15 minutes and 24 hours a day. Option to leave your car in the hotel parking lot for an additional fee. The room was clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant on site. Very friendly staff at the front desk, overall a great choice.

Rooms are outdated. The AC did not cool properly even after maintenance took a look at it.

Daily charge for leaving car during trip. Many other KC airport hotels (both more expensive and cheaper) do not charge.

We loved absolutely everything the staff was awesome, the rooms were wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Restaurant was super busy the waitress was outstanding she handled the guest like a pro very fast and professional.

We loved everything, walking off the elevator on the six floor someone wrote on the table dust me with their finger.

while the hotel was for the most part pretty clean I think there could have been a better job done on the overall cleanliness. The breakfast in the restaurant was not very good.

Stayed 2 separate nights on a trip to MO, coming and going. 1st stay was awesome, clean room, stocked for what I needed for such a short trip. 2nd night, there were NO towels in, and I did not realize that until I was getting out of the shower. Room was on the 1st floor, no ice machine that I could locate
