Everything. It's beautiful, the staff are so sweet professional it was such a comfortable experience and luxurious at a great price. It was very clean, bed was ultra comfortable! When I visit KC this is the only place I'm booking. Only thing I disliked was that I had to ask for my complimentary items. And there was no shower cap but the front desk attendant sis her best to try and find one i love it

The room was nice. We had a double queen room. It was clean and comfortable. There were some flaws like the shower curtain rod was broken and there was an office chair in the room that needed to be thrown away.

For the price of the room I would expect a free continental breakfast. We were hugely disappointed to find that breakfast was almost $12 for fake eggs and sausage, not even a menu to order from or nice buffet for that price. We ended up going to a restaurant and getting a better selection for less money.

The location was considered to be the safest, and we felt safe. I was most impressed with your front desk ladies, they were extremely professional, courteous, polite, and welcoming, they made you feel safe and at home. Because of the service they extended, I eill become a repeat customer.

The staff was very nice. The location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee in our room. One of our favorite hotels by far.

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay. Will be booking again in the future.

Everything except the common areas on my floor was as-expected. No idea how duct taped carpets pass muster. First floor and lobby was like always, Room too. Puzzled

This hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating and service oriented.

Carpet is a bit old and had some stains but not a big deal- just age.

Location was great, plenty of parking and great shade from the trees.

Hotel a little run down. 2nd floor hallway carpet had rips in it. Hotel rm was excellent

Staff was very nice. We needed a late checkout because spouse got sick and they were very helpful.

The automatic front doors weren't working so had to pull apart by hand which was not the most convenient.

Seams in the carpet in the hallways are fraying. Sofa in the room has some fraying edges and the office chair has a hole/patch.

It was close to everything that we were interested in visiting.

Hoped that the continental breakfast was included in the price of the hotel but it was not.
