The room was wonderful.

However, I booked with a card and called to make sure it wouldn’t be charged and instead gave them a different card upon arrival. On check out, thank god I asked for the receipt- not only were we charged in the card I explicitly said NOT to charge, but we also got charged the wrong amount - about ~$30 usd more than the confirmation I had received. The front desk didn’t know what to do and after 30min was able to refund the card and charge the other one the correct amount. He was able to solve it, but again, shouldn’t have happened in the first place

This hotel is clean and the staff was quite friendly. Easy check-in at front desk. Decor reminded me of a European hotel for some reason. Colorful yet a bit utilitarian(?) I'm in my late 50s - saw mostly 20-30 something business and leisure travelers there. It was great!

I was in a handicapped room (didn't need it) but it was clean and very big(for wheelchair access, I'm sure.) Check in was not marked well from outside hotel and I drove around it a couple times before realizing where it was.

The location was excellent! We were there for the Elevation Worship concert at the TMobile Center. It was far enough from downtown to be comfortable but just 20 minutes to the event. The staff was amazing. Jimmy at the front desk was friendly and very informative. Our room was clean. The mattress was a little firmer than we like, but I think that's just preference. The breakfast was phenomenal! The setup, quality of food, and selections were delicious!

I could shop locally and make what I wanted fresh in my room kitchen. It had a full kitchen; dishes, pots and pans, silverware, Fridge and freezer. It was a fully stocked with all the tools I needed to cook all my meals. The staff was very friendly. Nearby amenities. Quiet. Blackout shades on the window. Even a divider blackout curtain closing the area between the bed and the living area if desired. This was cheaper than a Holiday Inn Express.

The Breakfast could have been better. Everything was pre-packaged. That may be the safest way to offer a buffet. The TV had lots of static the first night, but it was clear for the rest of my stay. Some people may miss the bathtub, but it was great for me. I wish it had weekly rates or even monthly rates. Long hallways could cause a long walk to your room, with only two elevators at the office end of the building.

The room was great with a kitchenette, a seating area and good lighting.

The front desk person seemed to uninformed about the chargers for electric vehicles. he casually said some of the chargers didn’t work, he didn’t know why or which ones worked or didn’t work or even how to tell. I booked this place specifically because of the chargers and even called to make sure they were working. also people who were not charging were in the charging spots - despite big signs saying park here only while charging. when I said something to a person parking there who was not charging and didn’t even have an electric vehicle, they said there were other spaces. not the point.

everyone was great! Very kind, helpful and clean facility.

The pool was salty for whatever reason and the water burned any minor cuts and scratches I had but my girls still had fun in the pool regardless. Also, the milk that was served for breakfast was chunky and nasty even tho the expiration date was later, I brought it to their attention but the next day the milk was still expired.

The room was clean and comfortable. The single queen studio was not the biggest room, but for 2 people it worked. The bathroom was nice and roomy with good counter space. Kitchenette was very nice. Breakfast was great. The gentleman running the breakfast was super nice and helpful.

The selection of food was great! I was pleased with my egg bagel sandwich and I loved that it had omelettes and a sausage egg bowl for a healthier option.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Ok maybe another elevator would have been nice for the rooms at the end of the hall. It was quite a bit of a walk for a pregnant woman.

Breakfast was okay. Fresh fruit a little old.

Couldn't get into the pool area, swipe card thing not working, had to have staff let us in. No hot tub. The website showed a room with king size bed at a special price. No king size beds in the hotel at all. Staff at front desk was a very friendly and helpful person. Helped anyway she could.

The wonderful care of the breakfast options. The hotel room was very clean and efficient—I was able to relax after long days of training.

The walls were think so I heard lots of Noises including the man in the room next to me snoring my first night.
