Room was nice size, clean.

Check in was a disaster. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever. They finally gave up and just gave us room keys and sent us away. Front desk person was pretty grumpy always complaining for everyone to hear. The next morning she was still there cleaning the breakfast area and answering the phone so that tells me something. I needed a cup for water in my room and the only one I could find was a plastic one with no wrapping on it. Was it clean or not? Bathroom was huge but strange. Shower head was shoulder high and I am not tall. You had to take it off the holder to wash your hair or bend way over. No place to put bathroom accessories around the sink as there was counter. You had to put things on a handicap chair in the corner.

Check in and out staff was super sweet, so friendly and engaging! She needs a raise!! The beds and pillows were very comfy too, comparable to higher priced places I've stayed.

Nothing really. The heat works a little too well. It was hard to find a happy medium.

It was close to all the things we wanted to do … the convention center, shops and great restaurants. It was quiet and in a safe location. Staff was friendly and kind. The pricing was in our budget. It was clean.

The location was nice and only 20 minutes away from our destination.

Bathroom was dirty. There was some kind of sticky substance on the shelf beneath the sink, curtain had yellow stains, and there was visible hair on the floor. The rest of the room was great!

Fridge and microwave oven in room, can chill, heat own food! Very quiet location, plenty of parking available. Close to stores and restaurants - couldn't be better!

The included breakfast was very nice, specially for the price. Also, the people there were very nice, even while I arrived before dawn, and needed a bit of help with the language. Also, they store my luggage after I checked out for a few hours, so that I could visit the city without carrying them around. For the price, it was super nice

It is a great motel,very clean and very friendly staff, the beds are very comfortable and they have a good variety of items for their continental breakfast.. I like that it is only a few blocks from the University Medical Center , Stores and restaurants are very close by... I reccomend staying here it is a great motel.. will be staying there again realy soon

The bed was very comfortable. The room nice and clean.

There was not a TV Guide in the room and the guide on the TV didn't work. Also, there was no premium channel like Netflix - at least none I could find.

Room was clean and well kept. It was a hot time, and the A.C. worked well. All in all, very comfortable.

The only elevator on the property stopped working at the end of the day, and of course, didn’t work for the rest of my stay. And stairs were half the length of the hotel away from the elevator.
