I stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks for work and it became like a home away from home. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely and went out of their way to help. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of variety (American-style.) This is by no means a luxury hotel, but it was impeccably clean, has a decent gym, and a warm vibe from the staff. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Thanks to everyone for making my long stay so pleasant!

More variety of fruit at breakfast, more veggie options.

Breakfast we did have one of the two mornings. Good selection and tasted good too. I liked that there was so much to choose from and everything was kept hot that needed to be and the coffee was good.

Our first night was fine. We stayed with you because my husband had an early eye surgery the next morning and we needed to be close to the center. We stayed another night for his follow up appointment but that night a group of kids from a sporting event were in the hotel and at almost 11:00 p.m. were still running up and down the halls making noise and I had to call the front desk and ask them to tell the kids to be quiet. I don’t feel they should have waited that long to contact them.

The location was very convenient it is near the downtown were most of our meetings are located. It is near restaurants in the area. The room is very spacious with a living space and a mini kitchen. I like how the sink is separated from the toilet and bath, while my colleague uses the bathroom I can use the sink outside for my touch ups without problems and it saves us time!

The breakfast was very good, with many options, and a well rounded menu.

Disappointed that we could not have coffee available for a longer time without having to pay extra for it. Also asked for additional coffee packets for our room at the front desk, and felt that it was given to us a bit grudgingly.

The first night of our stay, our room lost power while we were out to an event, we returned late that night and discovered the issue. We went to the front desk and he quickly check then said he couldn’t fix it and had us move to another room. At 11:30 pm, pack up everything (in the dark) and move to different room. The next day we wanted to take in the pool but when we arrived we noticed immediately that there was a green tint to the water…so no enjoying the pool.

the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel room (last week stay at your other location and it was a broke down Betty - elevator) leak in room and a few other things. The staff her was going to be our last efforts to stay at Hyatt place.

the dishwasher did not do a good job both days I had to search for a plate that did not have product on it. the parking was not a hit

Breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The shower had really good water pressure.

There is a $15 damage holding charge that they didn’t mention. The charge got refunded but when I first paid for the room I noticed the price was different. The staff were really nice the next morning explaining the difference in cost.

The staff was friendly and fast to answer any questions we had. The location was good. Hotel was quite and the was a great size. Well lighted parking lot.

The only negative thing was the last night we were there the tv did not work. We noticed as we were leaving earlier that day they were replacing the tvs. Contacted front desk an they said it was because of a storm I highly doubt that but its whatever. Also whoever installed the tv left some of the trash from the install in the room and did not put the please do not disturb back on the door as we had it.

The room was a little cramped in the bath and sleeping areas, and it was difficult to get things in and out of the tiny corner closet. (I am guessing they probably have larger closets in other rooms at this location). The outlets and lights in the seating area did not work, which was a minor inconvenience. We have stayed at other Hyatt Places, and my very favorite is in Lakeland, Florida.

Great central location for where we needed to be. Centrally located for Overland Park, KS
