The people there went out of their way to make you feel welcome and everything from check in to departure was great. We were there when there was a group of students there for track. The staff kept the breakfast buffet stocked with everything, & normally breakfast buffets are that great. BUT this one was great. The facility and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. We LOVE the pancake machine, not only is it novel but the pancakes are SO good. What impressed us the most was the conduct of the staff during the incident with the "fire". The alarms went off appropriately and the execution of the protocols with regard to our safely were well written and executed by the staff. We know that other guests were angry about their sleep being interrupted but we both have worked in the safety and disaster fields, and we know how important the evacuation and the accountability for each guest is in these situations. Well done, Pittsburg staff!!

I cannot think of a thing that could have been better.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We loved the whirlpool tub and the cleanliness of the room.

The price is a little higher than what I would have liked to pay but inflation and all that I understand why it was that price.

The double king room was an excellent size for families and had a tub as advertised

The plug in the tub didn’t close efficiently to prevent water draining. The toilet had an issue flushing completely. It was maybe a low flow toilet and slow filling tub

The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious both days. The facility was well taken care of.

Our bathroom had a urine smell. Other than that it was great. The room was cared for daily by the staff.

Breakfast was very good ! Staff went out of their way to serve all the special needs kids that were at our Special Olympic’s group!

Always clean, room is always stocked and fresh, I always enjoy my stay.

There is never any close parking. There's a big lot beside but you got to be lucky to catch a parking spot by the hotel doors.

Great location, easy to find. Very nice facility on the inside, staff was wonderful, room was very nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection and was warm and fresh.

Could use more parking. Room cleanliness could use just a little extra, something had been spilled behind the chair and missed, corners of bathroom floor little yucky. But bedding and the rest of the room felt clean and inviting.

We somehow missed the information that housekeeping didn't come daily, so we were short on coffee pods, washcloths/towels; coffee cups in the room, and creamer. I get maybe not cleaning, but rooms need to be restocked daily. I got what I needed from going to the front desk. She offered to have items brought up but I chose to wait and save her the trip as she was working alone. Most staff did not wear masks correctly (wore under nose or chin)
