Arrived late Saturday night after a long, hot day. Discovered I had mistakenly booked the wrong date. The Desk Clerk quickly solved the issue and got us a room in the category we requested. When we arrived at the room, the security latch had closed and we couldn't get into the room. We went back to the office and the same clerk responded immediately and gained entry into our room. He went above and beyond and was so very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Close to 65, restaurants, gas stations. Travel from Indiana to Florida frequently and will book this one again and again!!!

Bathroom vanity is dimly lit. "Didn't like," is a bit strong. More of a suggestion.

There were 3 of us traveling and We were offered an upgrade to a suite with 2 bathrooms for a little more. This was perfect for us. Three ladies traveling together with only 2 beds and 1 bathroom was a bit tights so we very much appreciated this offer! Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.

The landscaping outside our room and stepping stones over gravel caused a bit of a problem with our heavy roller bags. There was a landscaping plastic border that had come loose that was a potential tripping hazard. We had to be pretty careful when walking out to our car and into the room.

This was my son's first hotel experience and he had a blast , he especially loved the breakfast and that he could make his own waffle . He loved the staff and thought everyone was super nice ! We both loved the comfy bed and pillows , shower felt great after a 8 hr drive . Very clean room , smelled nice ( every hotel I've been to over the last 4 yrs all have a musky ,mold smell ) your did not ! I felt very safe having my car parked right outside my door and a camera facing my door , as I'm a single mom with a child ,can't be to careful these days and your hotel made me feel safe ! I slept great to finish our trip to our destination in southern GA ! Deff will recommend your hotel and next time we are in the area I will be staying there !

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Older hotel with cosmetic updates. Had to ask for lotion as bottle in room was used-gave me two :) Breakfast was fine, standard hotel fare. (cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, pastry, waffles, juice)

Only thing i didn't care for and it's just a personal preference, were the darkly painted walls in the room. They show all scratches and make the room really dark at night. (for some that may be what they want, i just prefer lighter colors)

The hotel looks nice and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful The beds are very comfortable Breakfast included even though I didn't use it. Pool but already closed for the season Fitness center Cracker Barrel next door and the Waffel house a block down the road. Easily in waling distance.

My room was facing I65 and that was pretty noisy. The windows do not block the sound. I slept well though but if you are noise sensitive this might be something for you to consider. Ask for a room facing the other side. Internet seemed pretty slow (for streaming movies) but otherwise adequate.

Breakfast and 3pm check-in time. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great!! The hotel and room was clean.

There was something in the cleaning, carpet or carpet shampoo had weird smell. I did think the hotel and room was clean, just a cleaning chemical I felt had that smell.

It was very clean, the staff was attentive, the beds were comfortable and pillows as well. It was quiet at night and the free breakfast was plentiful.

I noticed several times that utility doors leading to hotel storage areas and hotel working areas were left open during the day. It’s not only allowed unpleasant smells but also is extremely unsafe for small children.

Great value. Very clean and comfortable room. Full size bar of soap (lol). Coffee and tea pods in the room. Our room was on the outside of the building. We parked right in front of our door. It was very quiet.

It was very busy at check-in. The girl working was great but definitely could’ve used another person working.

The staff is excellent. Very friendly and responsive to requests. We got to know them pretty well during a long stay. Summer works hard to ensure that the expansive breakfast buffet is always stocked and clean. The night manager always made decaf coffee at 8:00pm because they knew I would ask for it. One spanish speaking staff member taught me how to use Google Translate so we could have a conversation after we played charades so I could communicate a request.

I would like to see the owner invest in cleaning or replacing the carpets in the hallways, as they were stained and had an awful odor in some places. I think the bathrooms could have been cleaner - one had a dirt ring in the tub and one smelled bad so I asked for it to be re-cleaned while we were out. I'd like to see better lighting in the vanity area - we stayed in several different rooms, and that area was always a bit dark for makeup, contacts, etc. There was no servicing of the rooms during our stay. We weren't sure if that was a covid protocol or due to staff shortage. It worked out fine for us, but was odd, and no signage was in the room to explain it.

Everything was great. We were in a room facing the interstate and the room was right next to the elevator and ice machine and we never heard any noise. It was very quiet.

It's more of a personal preference...I would have liked the tv a tiny bit bigger and mounted on wall. But everything was awesome.
