We liked the location, and the ease of checking in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My husband is a truck driver, and the manager was helpful in showing him where to park his 18 wheeler. I liked how the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The room was a nice size. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the other amenities they had. We got up too late for the contenaltial breakfast. The price was affordable.

My husband didn't mind getting a smoker's room, but the smell bothered me. It made it hard to sleep comfortably. Also, the size of the TV was a little too small for the size of the room.

staff seemed “ confused” . desk clerk couldn’t check me in, had to get help??? when I called for shuttle to pick me up at airport no one answered! I called 4 times over a 20 minute period. once I got a taped answer to “ leave a message!” on the 5th try I got an answer. woman who answered said something was wrong with her cell phone??? apologized profusely and said she would send shuttle. when it arrived driver said I wasn’t on his list…. but agreed to drive me😖

A friend told me she stayed at this location I. the past and I booked the room before looking at the reviews which were all the way negative, therefore I was somehow upset with myself for not checking prior to booking, fortunately all those reviews were all inaccurate: the hotel, rooms, service, food, etc, etc, were 100% to our satisfaction. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was helpful, kind and attentive. Food was good, accordingly. we stayed 3 nights at this Quality Inn and they truly honored the name: they provided us with Quality service… we will recommend to all our friends who visits Kentucky in the future…👍🏼

Very comfortable & clean room. Shuttle was available on time to get to airport. Was able to pay to park car for duration of trip, from Sunday till Thursday. Shuttle was available to pick up from airport.

We were given the number to call for shuttle to pick up upon return. The person answering call was not knowledgeable. We were assured the shuttle was on its way at 6:53pm. We waited in cold for 60 minutes. Other guests arrived for same shuttle. The Holiday Inn right in front of Quality Inn Erlanger, KY came and went 5 times was we waited. Redialed same number at (7:38pm) person who answered said Quality Inn Erlanger but that I had wrong number. Another guest called same number and was assured that shuttle on the way. Shuttle finally arrived at 7:53pm. Should not have guests wait out in cold. We could have waited inside til rest of guests had assembled if they didn't want to make several trips.

The improvements is the accommodations -- removal of older carpeting in rooms and replacing it with vinyl flooring, new paint in rooms and lobby. Lots of updating and remodeling seems to be occurring since I first stayed there 4 years ago and it is making the stay much more pleasant while I'm attending a convention next door. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

There seemed to be less breakfast options - missed the small yogurts.

This was our second stay, and our request for a non smoking room was honored. Upon entering the room, it smelled fresh and clean. I liked the size of the room, and the bed was so comfortable. It had the same emenities like a microwave and mini fridge in the room. A slightly smaller room made watching TV more comfortable. Our room was located near the ice and vending machines which was nice. We were told that breakfast was from 6-9AM. They had a wide variety of options to choose from make your own waffles, cooked eggs, sausage, biscuits, muffins and bagels. Also they had cereals, yougerts, coffee, tea, juices. I had the sausage, biscuit, and mini muffins. Talk about something so delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was very easy, and we were welcomed to come back.

The only thing I didn't quite like was the small size of the bathtub. It made taking a shower kind of difficult, but the hot shower was amazing.

I was very pleased with the room. This place isn't anything fancy, but it was clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great but was good and the staff was very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the price. Will definitely stay here again!

1. Rooms aren't carpeted-no big deal. 2. Would have liked to have been able to get an extra pillow.

we always stay at a Quality Inn and have never been disappointed.

the toilet was so close to the wall it was hard to maneuver on and the roll holder was sort of behind in an awkward position. We finally just took the roll of and placed it on the floor.

Perfect for overnight stay and early departure from the Cincinnati/Northern KY airport. We took the free hotel shuttle to the airport for our 6:50am flight and parked our car at the hotel for ten days at a reasonable rate. We called the hotel when we arrived back at the airport and they picked us up within 10 minutes.

Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t available since we left so early for the airport.

This motel was very nice and very clean. When I booked it, I accidentally booked a smoking room but had checked non smoking. When we arrived, the desk informed me of the mistake and had upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost, which was super nice. Unfortunately, I became I'll ( later diagnosed with pneumonia) so we had to cut out trip short and the motel was kind enough to refund the other 2 night I had already paid for I will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
