We liked the location, and the ease of checking in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My husband is a truck driver, and the manager was helpful in showing him where to park his 18 wheeler. I liked how the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The room was a nice size. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the other amenities they had. We got up too late for the contenaltial breakfast. The price was affordable.

My husband didn't mind getting a smoker's room, but the smell bothered me. It made it hard to sleep comfortably. Also, the size of the TV was a little too small for the size of the room.

I liked the keypad entry to the room. The room was large and well equipped.

The facility was an older one with a few quirks. Towels and soap were provided at one sink but not the other. The elevator had a large, concerning clunk as it passed the 2nd floor. The room was haphazardly cleaned, no consistent schedule. One day we got clean towels, but the trash was left. Another day it was the opposite. Glasses and coffee were not replaced. The furniture in the lobby needed to be replaced. There was no fruit on the breakfast bar.

staff seemed “ confused” . desk clerk couldn’t check me in, had to get help??? when I called for shuttle to pick me up at airport no one answered! I called 4 times over a 20 minute period. once I got a taped answer to “ leave a message!” on the 5th try I got an answer. woman who answered said something was wrong with her cell phone??? apologized profusely and said she would send shuttle. when it arrived driver said I wasn’t on his list…. but agreed to drive me😖

Perfect location in an uncongested area very near CVG Airport. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good TV, hot breakfast options. Helpful & friendly staff, and a good free shuttle if needed. We walked next door to the fancier hotel's lovely restaurant for cocktails & dinner. Our room plus dinner next door cost us less than a room next door. Good deal!

The building shows some wear, and the sofa & chair in our room had ugly slipcovers that made us wonder what they were covering.

A friend told me she stayed at this location I. the past and I booked the room before looking at the reviews which were all the way negative, therefore I was somehow upset with myself for not checking prior to booking, fortunately all those reviews were all inaccurate: the hotel, rooms, service, food, etc, etc, were 100% to our satisfaction. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was helpful, kind and attentive. Food was good, accordingly. we stayed 3 nights at this Quality Inn and they truly honored the name: they provided us with Quality service… we will recommend to all our friends who visits Kentucky in the future…👍🏼

all was good, no complaints whatsoever

The improvements is the accommodations -- removal of older carpeting in rooms and replacing it with vinyl flooring, new paint in rooms and lobby. Lots of updating and remodeling seems to be occurring since I first stayed there 4 years ago and it is making the stay much more pleasant while I'm attending a convention next door. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

There seemed to be less breakfast options - missed the small yogurts.

Very comfortable & clean room. Shuttle was available on time to get to airport. Was able to pay to park car for duration of trip, from Sunday till Thursday. Shuttle was available to pick up from airport.

We were given the number to call for shuttle to pick up upon return. The person answering call was not knowledgeable. We were assured the shuttle was on its way at 6:53pm. We waited in cold for 60 minutes. Other guests arrived for same shuttle. The Holiday Inn right in front of Quality Inn Erlanger, KY came and went 5 times was we waited. Redialed same number at (7:38pm) person who answered said Quality Inn Erlanger but that I had wrong number. Another guest called same number and was assured that shuttle on the way. Shuttle finally arrived at 7:53pm. Should not have guests wait out in cold. We could have waited inside til rest of guests had assembled if they didn't want to make several trips.

Room was clean. Good size. Quiet Breakfast was excellent! Kitchen area clean and filled with great options.

First room we were sent to was not cleaned. Full of messed up beds and old food. Had to go get another room. Second room had a 9 digit code to enter. This code did not work, After several tries we had to go get a regular card to swipe for entry. There was no bedding left in room for use of pull out bed.

The booking process was super easy, and the price was very competitive. Also, the staff were friendly when i arrived, and as I left my vehicle for the weekend work trip. The price for parking was great, and the shuttle was quick (and everything was clean).

Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The eggs didn't taste that great, but breakfast was actually good and filling. Yummy OJ, Apple Juice, Milk.......even coffee too!

We hadn't checked out yet, but they went in to our room around 9:30a and took beds apart, closed us up from neighbors, lost/threw away my wife's phone charging cord and my drink!! Check out is 11:00am.....
