We loved the pool. The manager seemed a little bit unfriendly but no specific issues with staff. Clean and nice facility that is fairly close to where we were visiting. Had a great stay! The beds could be a little bit softer though although we had no issues falling asleep while there. Would be better if they offered smoking rooms.

No smoking rooms, the general manager wasn't very friendly or accommodating although we had no specific issues or problems with her.

Room was spacious and staff was great, especially the shuttle driver. Breakfast was also very good.

Wish the pool had been open. Also, prior to stay it was also a bit confusing about shuttle service and whether it was available. Website stated to let know at least 24 hours in advance to reserve but when attempted to do that, I was told to call back closer to date, and then when did, was told to let them simply know when I checked in even though needed in less than 24 hours. Caused a bit of stress since not sure if request would have been honored.

Breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size.

It was very noisy as I has the room by the elevator. The rooms are not sound proof as you could hear people in the hallway and kids running up and down. There was some kind of generator running outside which was so loud and I was on the 4th floor. Had trouble getting to sleep it was so noisy.

booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. Found out at checkin that the shuttle may not be available for transport to the airport in the am. However, in the am, desk clerk droves to the airport in the shuttle van.

We only booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to the airport, only to find out at check in there might not be a shuttle. We were told that we could take a Uber or taxi. We only booked this hotel after calling to verify it had shuttle service to the airport. it added stress to our travel.

Clean with a very nice staff. Our room was a “suite”: Two Queens in the main room and a pullout sofa bed in the other, separated by a door which can be locked. TV’s in both rooms. The rate of about $160.00 is excellent. Very comfortable for two grandparents and three grandchildren and included a nice breakfast.

The room including the bathroom is a bit dated, but very clean. Not really a complaint, just an observation. The value, as noted in “liked” section was excellent.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great.

Our only complaint was the overwhelming smell of pot/weed on the second floor as we got off the elevator. This only occurred the first night we were there. My husband has a poor sense of smell, but could smell it and commented how hazy the hallway looked.

Great location to where we were visiting. Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Great pool fun for the family. Forgot my toothbrush and the desk clerk was very helpful in giving me a complimentary one, thank you!! Love that they have a mini store for odds and ends. My son loved the waffles, biscuits and gravy and the coffee was really good too!! Perfect for our family vacation.

Only thing I would comment on doing better is wiping down doors, door handles, back of bathroom door and remote controls. We noticed it needed attention in those areas. Eggs for breakfast were not good may need to find another option for the eggs. Overall our experience was a good one though and we will definitely return again.

the rooms were clean but we didnt get what we orginally wanted, which were adjoining rooms. it was something we we were looking forward too and were disappointed. the curtains in room 210 , where my daughter stayed were stained with what looked like blood. the beds and coffee were good

the breakfast were'nt what we we're told. it was supposed to be hot food instead it was prepackaged stuff, no glutton-free .foods.

I traveled with my two children, mom and husband. The location was great. I loved the room; the pullout couch and TV along with the bathroom, were separated by a door to the two big beds and the other TV. . This meant we could sleep and the kids could watch midnight reruns. Overall, great experience.

Beds are very firm. If you like firm mattresses, you'll love these beds. If you like setting a bit softer, you'll hate them.

Breakfast wasn't a grab and go. They offered juices, coffee, tea. Waffle maker, cereal, eggs, meat, biscuits, sausage gravy, muffins. Nice dining area, plenty of space to sit

Asked for an additional blanket as the one provided was rather thin. They told us they didn't have any to spare. The gap between bottom of door and floor to room, heard everyone getting on and off elevator, ended up rolling a towel to place on floor to absorb some sound.
