It was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great! the breakfast was wonderful. being able to do our laundry since we were there four nights was very helpful. we really enjoyed our stay. our room was very comfortable, with plenty of room and plenty of hot water for our showers. we really like that everything was clean and taken well care of. it was very easy to check in and to check out.

The hotel was very clean, it smelled great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was so nice, modern and comfortable. The beds were great. The shower oh my! The pressure of the water was perfect. Breakfast was very good and complete. We love it!

I couldn’t set the AC and the pool was a little bit cold.

It was clean, the room was very nice, the bed was good, the shower was ok (could use a little more pressure). I enjoyed watching the planes come in. I would stay again.

Needs more light. We wanted to read some books (several, so we needed to use the floor) just bought from our day trip but the lighting was on the walls and not in the middle of the room.

Unfortunately breakfast isnt until 6 so it would’ve been nice to have something warm before heading to the airport being that I’m pregnant. May be a self-serve center. where even hot water and oatmeal or even a toaster oven with bagel or baked goods is accessible.

The shuttle returning to the airport in the morning the car could’ve been warmed up since I had made arrangements at check in. with courtesy for ppl like myself traveling alone with heavy luggage pregnant or maybe even elderly. No heat was turned on and it was a 12 minute ride. The shuttle driver that brought me was courteous and kind. But the one that took me back to the airport in the morning just was a bit oblivious to general courtesy.

It was close to the airport, nice pool, clean, comfortable beds

They made a mistake which put two holds on my credit card for the room- and it stayed their for almost a week- also our first room wouldn’t open and we had to go up and down the elevator a few times to get it fixed

New hotel, nice, clean, bright, with friendly staff. Right next to major shopping center (Super-Walmart) within 1 minute walk. Other centers available with 5 to 10 min walks. Several fast food joints and two restaurants within walking proximity. On-call hotel shuttle service to and from CVG is good. Breakfast was above average with warm sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Has indoor pool, but I didn't use it.

Really nothing negative. Everything was up to par.

We had the suite with the couch we needed the couch turned in a bed we ask for some blankets They helped us out right away few minutes later we had everything we needed thank for the wonderful staff

I joined the VIP of this hotel. I asked the front desk staff if I could check out later. She told me that this hotel does not have a check-out later service. She called over and over again to check out and told my husband to leave in 15 minutes. I can understand, but I want to know that the VIP clearly says that you can check out later. I want to make it clear.

Beds were clean and comfy , loved the Dove bathroom products . Breakfast offered a variety of foods but . Would have liked to see more fruit available .no bananas either day. Coffee was a win.

Noticed Elevators need swept. Air unit in room needs cleaned to prevent mold build up. Otherwise clean facility.

All the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. The manager of the hotel is excellent, she worked with me on getting reservations for the future in same room at better rate.
