Nice clean & comfortable place with nice breakfast.

They were in the process of revisiting their parking lot. There were very few available parking spots available to start with only 1/3 of the lot available. When we returned to the hotel after diner there were absolutely no spots available. When we asked the front desk where we could park they just said I don’t know. They had been telling people to park in the hotel across the street but there were no available spots there either. There was a box truck parked in the Tru lot that was taking up 6 spots. They apologized for that but offered no suggestions where to park. He said we could park out on the street he guessed but couldn’t tell us we wouldn’t be towed but to try it anyway. I’m handicapped with a handicap sticker but he just said didn’t know what else to say.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating & everything was very clean. The lobby had much to offer; 24 HR coffee & hot chocolate bar, pool table, games, lounge area, wine/beer/snacks to purchase & microwave. Hotel was updated & modern. Large in-room TV. Bed was comfortable. The soap & lotion products had a very pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was very good with several choices.

Would prefer an in-room microwave but at least there was one available in the lobby. The toilet was fairly low to the ground, with no grab bar for someone who might need it. I have arthritis so I found the wall mounted soap & lotion dispensers were a bit difficult to squeeze. My husband had no problem with them.

The beds and pillows were really soft felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly. It is a family friendly hotel.

My room could have been a little cleaner. The floors could've been swept better and the bathroom counter could've been wiped down. There was hair on the bathroom counter and floor. I was told that the pool was heated and warm but it was cold. Because of the cold temper I wasn't able to get in with my daughter but she had a blast.

I was completely shocked how amazing this hotel was for the price we paid! The lobby had a pool table, games, nice big breakfast area. The pool was fantastic, TONS of very comfortable seating. The breakfast and service at breakfast was PERFECT, couldn't have asked for a better stay!

NO dressers, and no closet. I would only recommend staying here one night, or travel light because there wasn't much storage for a family of 4.

I loved the ease of access to get into the hotel and out. The location is really easy to reach from the main highways. The rooms are very clean and appear new. The TV and technology seemed to work great! Staff were friendly for sure.

I hate when hotels charge extra for "premium wifi". It's a growing practice but making folks pay for extra speed on top of an already high hotel bill is a bit much. I also thought the TV didn't have many channels for the price.

Stayed night before flight out of Cincy. Great location near airport. Hotel was very nice and got a great rate. Had to leave before breakfast for an early flight so didn’t get to try it. They did have a large selection of grab and go food and drinks available in the lobby open 24/7 nicer than anywhere else I’ve been. Even had pool table in the lobby for guests to use. Neat thing was the awesome shower. It was probably best hotel shower I’ve ever used even in much more expensive hotels. Has rain head shower with 2 adjustable jets for back and legs with great water pressure and hot water. Would highly recommend.

Only problem was their business center was out of commission but they said could use sister hotel’s right across the parking lot instead. I did and it was nice with 2 computers and free printing which is what I needed. I’ve found many hotels no longer offer this so it was great!!

Furnishings and cleanliness

The staff was away from the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait 20 min. until they showed back up. Also, I tried to set up contactless entry the day before but kept getting an error message. When I talked to customer service on the phone, she said we’d have to use the front desk. Hence our wait after 8 pm.

The shower had three shower heads. Wonderful! Very good breakfast with a machine that made fresh pancakes.

Would have liked a microwave in my room. There is one in the lobby.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and we really appreciated the hotel listing the restaurants nearby. The lobby was clean and the games available to play downstairs was a nice touch.

For some reason my allergies flared up while there and only was relieved when I left during the day.

Room and all facilities were clean. Fun and/or pleasant decor throughout the hotel. Snacks were available and well stocked. We enjoyed the 24hr coffee bar. We received fresh towels the next morning, and there were plenty. There was gel hand soap and lotion at the sink, and shower gel, shampoo, and contitioner available in the glass shower in large dispensers (so no tiny bottles to struggle with). The multiple shower heads were a nice touch. There was also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board available in the room. No drawers, but there were hangers, places for storage, and multiple hooks for clothing storage, as well as multiple hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels to dry. Lots of outlets and places to plug in our phone/device chargers. TV was big (the welcome sign screen display with my name was a nice touch 😉). The pull down shade and additional blackout shade (not curtains that would come untucked) were excellent and actually blocked out the street lights and sunlight extremely well. The pool, workout area, lobby, and pool table were also very nice. Parking was included, very convenient, and parking area was safe. Lots of shopping and nice restaurants nearby. No surprise charges at checkout either! We enjoyed our stay!!!
