Changed my reservation at the last minute and it was well worth it. saved a few dollars and the hotel was very nice for my 3 day stay. Clean all around. TV was huge and internet was very good above expectations for me. close proximity to food and shopping if distance traveling.

Very very Slow elevator - I arrived approx 4pm and my room was still not cleaned yet. they were mid change -- I had some business I could do and returned 1 hour later it was completed. bad wheel on one of the luggage carts.... no deal breakers here, just a heads up for you..

He didn't charge us for the night, just asked I not cancel my reservation for the next night that way they'll still get paid.

The check-in attendant was an elderly gentleman and he was AMAZING. He went WAY above and beyond for our stay and made things like getting extra towels super easy. The room was clean, the location was easy to find, it seemed like a safe area and we had no issues at all during our stay.

I wished there was a trash in the main area instead of just the bathroom. The mini-fridge could also be a little better condition but still worked well.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk that was very informative of the area and explained things to my son in a way that made him feel welcomed. The hotel itself was tidy and homey. The hot breakfast was ready with lots of options.

The pool itself needed a little more up keep.

How could I have missed the no dog policy ? So, for $35. we could take our 12 pound havanese into the hotel or give up the $87 paid weeks earlier. After 752 miles all day there was no question. I half suspect your software changes the rules for the final printout but i must have missed it.

The selection of breakfast options was good and well displayed. The hotel desk clerk, Harold, is exceptional. We were traveling with food and needed a freezer, Since the refrigerator in our room didn't have one, he allowed us to use one there in the hotel since we would be there multiple days. I also like the location of the hotel. It's within walking distance of a Cattlemen's restaurant, but doesn't get highway noise.

The hallway carpet needed cleaning, but otherwise I have no complaints.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Very organized and quick check in. Made the check in pleasant. It was in a good location and easy to get to. Several stores and restaurants were close. My little dog and I would definitely stay there again. I was traveling through so just needed a place for one night and did not check out everything. There was an indoor pool and a hot breakfast bar. Good place to unwind after being on the road all day.

Close to freeway access and food

Seemed a little dated, toilet bowl Rocked little bit, the blackout curtains wouldn't close all the way because one section was hanging, they have ice on the first and third floor only. And the AC on high and blows like it was on low and the room was a little sticky cool with the air on. I had to keep it on 66 just so it would keep coming on. The breakfast was just okay, I tried to have the Belgian waffle it cooked all the way but they were still a little doughy me and another person staying there both agreed, and then the scrambled eggs they had were extremely salty. I would say all together on a five stars I would probably give them three.

It was clean. Our room was across from the pool which was great. The breakfast was awesome! Staff was so great. Great location

Key cards randomly stopped working multiple times. We didn’t get a crib we were promised but it was ok because I packed his pack and play. Pool area needs some work badly. Ladders aren’t attached correctly and is pulling up The tile from people using them. The tile was also a very bad idea multiple people were slipping and falling just from walking.

Although this hotel is a little older, it was very clean and everything worked. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. Best of all was the friendliness of Harold, the front desk clerk. Lots of options on the breakfast buffet. Great location and rather quiet in spite of being right off the expressway. Many restaurant choices nearby.

All was good. Great value for the money.
