The night of arrival I had a small issue with my room. I went to the front desk, spoke to the young man that was on duty. Told him my issue and without any hesitation he apologized, moved my 73 year old Mom and myself to another room. An upgrade to make up for the issue. I was pleased with his quick reaction to resolve the issue. He has great customer service!!

The issue mentioned above. I will not go into detail since I was taken care of right away. If management would like you to contact me about it that is fine. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter since it was resolved.

Felt like home since we had to stay so long. The staff treated us like family not strangers and at the end of the day it is all I wanted to be at “home” because it was so comfy just like home. Would still be there if we weren’t asked to leave. Basically kicked out.

Management (the manager) couldn’t or wouldn’t work with us in our situation so we didn’t have to pack up on what was a freezing night after a long day of work for both of us and leave to not be able to find a place to stay so we slept in the car and had to find a place the next day.

The property location is great. The hotel is situated across the street from a 24 hour gas station and close to the highways. I arrived at 1:40AM due to traffic. My original check in date was for 8/31/24, the front desk associate was sooooo nice his name is Drew, he contacted the hotel Manager Brandy and she allowed the late check in. I was so appreciative and thankful. Also the water do stay hot, the breakfast was great. Now finding the room was a bit confusing due to the layout

The location is nice. Everything seemed to be within a 15 min drive each direction. The bed was super comfy! I quite enjoyed having an actual Fridge in the room as well. It was a little dated, but not bad at all.

Most of the staff seemed friendly, but there were a couple who acted like it was a waste of their time to speak with us.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast options were good. I thought the bed was comfortable and that the facility was up to date. The hotel staff was also very nice.

Our door handle to our room was difficult to open. We were also only given 3 towels and 3 was clothes for a 2 night stay. We also were not given sheets for the pull out couch in the room to use.

Really nice, big rooms with excellent kitchenette area. Nice bathroom with sink separate from toilet and shower. Ample closet space for a hotel.

No complaints other than we didn’t have soap or tissues when we arrived, but the front desk provided them for us as soon as we asked. I also don’t love that there is a separate parking fee, as that makes the hotel seem cheaper than it really is. It’s a little pricey but the accommodations are very nice so it was worth it to us.

Comfortable, nice breakfast and near restaurants and shopping. Quiet and clean!

Asked for clean towels on second day and third day. No one ‘gently clean our room’ as stated. On 2nd night faucet handle fell off while I stood in the tub trying to control the temperature. I fell through the shower curtain escaping hot water! Asked for it to be fixed and it wasn’t. Solution was for us to move to another room! We did for final night.

I liked the room because it felt more like an efficiency, which is exactly what I needed. I was staying there between selling my house and waiting for my apartment to be ready. I have cats, which isn’t always easy to travel with or find places that accept them, but they were amazingly accommodating, plus the breakfast was incredible!!!! I would definitely stay here again.

There was only one working washer at the time, and only two all together, but they were FREE, so that made up for it.

The staff I encountered was the best. Gia, Jason, Jesse & Joni were friendly, responsive to our requests & inquiries, &overall demonstrated excellent customer service. Loved seeing Jack the dog.

Breakfast. it was good, and had a good selection of items, but the link sausage was the worst tasting I've ever had. Couldn't eat after taking one bite (The sausage patties were much better tasting).

The lady working the desk was really nice. I think her name was jessie (??) either way she was working on 12/31/23 when I checked in around 4 or 5pm.

I changed rooms because I needed sleep and there was a family next door to my initial room making a LOT of “family noise”, doors slamming, kids crying, etc. I switched rooms but the second room did have an odor, not a good one, and the bathtub looked like the service people only run water in it then claim that as a “cleaning”.
