We loved everything about our stay. Primarily, all the staff were incredible. NOTE: One incredible moment happened as we arrived. We are both seniors. As we were leaving our car to check-in, we were carefully trying to navigate the snow that had fallen the night before, and was covering some parts of the parking lot. One of your staff witnessed our struggles and came to us and used her hand to grab my wife's arm to carefully help her to safely reach the hotel entrance. We were so very grateful for this unselfish act. We wish we would have gotten her name. This speaks highly of the integrity of your personnel. Every single staff member was always so kind and helpful. Well done, Hampton Inn Louisville East - Hurstborne!!

We were in a room that had a modified bathroom. Perhaps that was why we had limited closet space. That was my only suggestion.

everything--cleanliness, friendliness and for us location; we are former residents of Louisville and stay just outside of our former neighborhood and friends we were visitng.

Sound proofing could have been better. Heard next door neighbor flushing toilet, heavy foot pounding from floor above and very loud truck or sportscar in the parking lot below at late hour. Skim milk at the breakfast bar had soured but staff quick to replace and very pleasant about it.

Front desk staff was very friendly we interacted most with the 3pm to 11pm staff Clarence and Shawndee were very helpful and great folks to chat with. Facilities were very clean and well stocked. The game room and lounging area in the lobby were a nice extra the pool table foosball board games and books made the time so relaxing. Pool area was very clean and stocked with towels and even had a handicap chair so guests could still use the pool. Breakfast was great nice selection food was hot and lots of condiments. The small convenient store was well stocked. 3 different outside areas including BBQ grills and a relaxing fire put with comfy seating. Fitness area very clean and stocked with water and towels. One of the best stays we have had! Would most definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again will return!!!!!

Very clean, very well maintained, well detailed room. No wall scrapes or gashes. Bathroom clean and nicely trimmed. Room like new. Fresh smelling when entering lobby. Great first impression. Enjoyed our stay.

We were on 3rd floor. People on 4th floor were up most of the night jumping and walking. Could hear through the floor very easily. Not your fault. Housekeeping was knocking and yelling early and couldn't sleep in a bit. Doors slamming. No sitting space in room.

We love this hotel. We travel to Louisville a lot and this has become our "Go To Hotel" when we do. Always clean, always good breakfast, staff always nice, and the location is great. We have teenagers and the pool-table and Foosball table are a wonderful treat for them (and me as well : ) )

We loved everything about the whole stay, the beds were so comfy. It was a really nice room and hotel!

We did check in about 11 I could tell the stuff at front desk absolutely was not in the mood to be checking us in that late. They need alittle more training on how to treat guest when checking in late.

Breakfast was a good variety of foods. Hot, Cold, Protein, Carbs, Fruits. Appreciated the variety since my family is diabetic. Plenty of open seating for families and for individuals.

Room above us bouncing a ball at 6 am to wake us up didn't help, but that wasn't the hotels issue. Overall it was a good experience.

Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Parking lot well lit. Breakfast was amazing and a great place to meet other travelers if you wanted to.

While staff was helpful they did not smile a lot and only engaged when asked a question or greeted first.

The staff was very friendly and curious. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and property were clean.

There were some small tissue scraps on the floor in our room. They didn't look used but maybe left by the cleaning crew.

Breakfast was outstanding! I loved that there were ample areas where our group of 14 could gather. The outside patio area was used the most, where we were able to grill out and party. We enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for maintainance for part of our stay. I booked this stay and received many words of approval and appreciation from family members on my choice of hotel.
