The warm cookies at check-in were nice! Staff was so friendly, room was clean.

Partly our fault, but when we came down the next morning for breakfast, we saw what seemed to be a continental breakfast for guests. Neither one of us saw a sign or anything saying it wasn't free. To our surprise, it was $15.00 each. It's not worth it for what most offer included with stay.

I stay at Double Tree quite often. It's my weekend getaway when I just need a break from the world. I absolutely love the staff here. From the moment I check in they make me feel so welcome and even remember me. The bar area is fantastic. The bartender has been here for many years and remembers me every time. The rooms a very spacious and comfy. I highly recommend staying here

They have a great breakfast. The rooms are always clean, love that it has a restaurant and bar right there on site. The girl that has been there both times we have checked in she has been super sweet and helpful.

The last two times we have stayed there, the maid in the morning will try to open the door even before checkout.

We liked the atmosphere,the lobby was so pretty,the bar,the fountain,the coffee was great as well. It was in a good location tons of restaurants to pick from in the area. The cookies they offer checking in were good as well. We look forward to staying again next time we come to Lexington.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Upon arrival to our room, towel hook was detached/hanging from the wall and the tub didn’t drain well at all. These were minor inconveniences, but would’ve made it a 10 if they were fixed prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our toilet was clogged. We asked to get it fixed while we were gone. But he didn't fix it. We went down and just asked for a plunger and we plunged it ourselves. It was alright. Also our coffee pot would not heat up and the boudette wasn't hooked up.

The jet tub and bed were just wonderful. Loved having a two room suite for the price of a standard room. Wonderful amenities all the way around, along excellent, kind staff.

Cookies with nuts- my partner is severely allergic to tree nuts but loves baked items. Seems a shame there wasn't an option for those with allergies. I'm sure it's a matter of waste, but it was a disappointment.

The front staff is always so amazing and friendly. I look forward to seeing them every time I check in. The bar has great staff, very attentive and friendly. The new upgrades are beautiful. The bed and pillows in every room are the best I've ever slept on.

The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming. The bartender is great and even remembered me from my previous trips and knew what I usually get for dinner.

There's nothing that I don't like about this hotel. One of my absolute favorites!

We spent 1 night at the manchester and 2 here..the room and service was a hundred times better at double tree!

Only problem was the construction..and even that was just a mild inconvenience
