The location was good, right off 1-75. The room was spacious and clean. We both loved the fluffy pillows and the amount of them. The breakfast was good, although we were late and it was almost over, so some of the food was starting to get cold. A nice selection of eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt... and waffle maker. The lobby was large and the tables were set at an angle which was visually pleasing. Mike, the clerk, was especially helpful to us with the reservation and with cancelling another reservation for later in the month. We were so happy to get a first floor room.

I cannot think of anything we did not like... except the bathroom sink would not drain. We noticed it immediately but it was our fault, we did not report it until the next day.

Room was clean and appealing. The beds were the most comfortable ones that I have slept in so far! I really like that the decor was updated. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Selections were very acceptable.

The cold water faucet in the shower/tub didn’t work properly. Reported problem to a very polite desk attendant who wrote down the problem. Step-in showers would be a great addition! Seniors, especially, would be so appreciative.

The breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Nice and close to freeway.

Updated facility maybe some gravy with the biscuits. The sausage tasted good, but was cold and overcooked. Like a hockey puck.

Cold dry sausage. And the air conditioner in the hallway right by our room 326 was leaking water into the carpet at least 6 feet. We told 3 different people and every person had a different answer. Just didn’t want the facility to have a leakage onto the 2nd floor ceiling.

Nice selection of breakfast items to choose from. Food quality and tempature was good.

I did not like the fact that there was not traction of any kind on the floor if the shower/tub. Felt unsecured of possibly slipping and falling. The room was small for the price. No comfortable seating for two besides the bed.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We were there on a busy fri & sat and it was still quiet and couldn't hear other guests. The coffee in the lobby was really good too.

We were on the fifth floor and it seemed to be pretty humid up there. Also there was a bad smell from the faucet when the water was running.

Staff was excellent, we travelled a long with 2 babies and a dog and had no issues whatsoever, was a quick and easy check-in and check out. The pool and gym were hardly used by anyone except us (which was great) and the breakfast was pretty standard but plentiful. It's right across from a Walmart, Starbucks and many food options and we were able to order (door dash) with many different options.

Nothing, everything was great.

my booking could not be found on arrival although confirmed by Booking.com & an email from hotel saying it was. was able to get a room but had to provide credit card for payment despite having given credit card when booking. front desk were unable to explain. on checking out I showed that 2 amounts showed pending on my account -the original + the one at check in. Again front desk could not help. I’d like the original cancelled or credited if changed from pending to taken

Rooms were a little small but manageable.

One room service lady burped so loud in the hallway after sucking back her phlegm as my husband was walking down the hall. She acted like she didn’t give a crap and kept working. This was around 5pm the evening we stayed. Just unprofessional!

Megan that works the front desk, was one of the kindest, professional, and impressive people that I have ever met. She was congenial, friendly, and went the extra mile to satisfy. We will never forget her!

Lack of maid service. That what vacationers look forward to, clean made beds, trash removal, clean bathrooms, and towels replaced every day. That's what vacations are all about.
