I just stopped here for one night on my way home from Tennessee to Illinois, so I just wanted a quiet, comfortable room. It was definitely both! The hotel and the room looked fairly updated and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable- I slept well. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and sink/counter area. Breakfast was fine- eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, with bagels and bread for toasting, plus some mini muffins and Danishes. There was also cereal and some yogurt, plus juices, milk, and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The man that checked us in was phenomenal. We had just gotten out of NC with the hurricane and obviously weren’t in the best mood. He had us smiling and laughing through the whole check in process and really turned our terrible day around. I wish we had gotten his name as we would gladly send him cheese from Wisconsin! Please give him our huge thanks as he was the bright spot we really needed that night.

My only and very minor complaint is I wish there were more large towels for the bathroom.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Richard was working the day we checked in and went above & beyond to make sure we were settled and had what we needed. Hot coffee available at all times. The location was central to many restaurants. Overall good stay.. was clean & friendly!

The breakfast wasn’t super warm, wished they had waffles! Mattress was not firm, made for difficult sleeping. And the curtains in the rooms desperately need to be washed.

Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage were good and cinnamon buns along with other choices were offered. Juice and fruit were included. Coffee available all day was nice also.

Mattress in our room should probably be replaced seemed to be worn out, however we did sleep okay on it.

Nice updated lobby, pool was on the chilly side but that didn't stop our toddler. Good location near food, shopping and the highway. I also liked that the vanity was outside of the bathroom so multiple people could use the amenities.

The rooms were alright but the bathroom had so much unused space. No towel racks, a shelf up high on the wall that could have used some hooks or something underneath to better utilize. Lighting was a bit too spaced for the size of the room. Has a tub but no stopper to appropriately use the tub.

The staff were nice.

The online pictures look much better than in person. The pool is right by the front doors and desk. It's not private at all, we were uncomfortable. They didn't come in and clean our room any of the days we were there. The first day was fine, the second d I expected them to come in. I had to ask for clean towels etc.

Good location and the bed / sheets / all towels were super clean.

The breakfast was ok. . . . Didn't have a lot to select from. The chair in my room looked like it was 30 years old very worn. Little bit of mold in the bathroom floor in the corner. There is no elevator. You can tell some of the furniture in the room was old and worn.

the rooms are very clean and comfy. This was our 8th stay on our way to florida and back. The area has lots of eating establishments and places to refuel. The ownership really takes pride in their business.

the breakfast is standard pastries and cereal with some fruit. It previously had biscuits and gravy and sausage but with the economy as it is I'm sure something had to give to keep the price point where it is.

Easily accessible from the highway plenty of parking quick check in.

I feel like photos are a little misleading. I was looking for blue building blue lights and it was just the white building with green lights so once you travel at night, it’s a little confusing.

I liked the friendly staff. They all made us feel like we were at home. Alway eager to help. Had change up front for the washer and dryer. The price was also great for the washer and dryer. Breakfast was bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, juice, milk, cereal, (hot and cold) Danishes, and fresh fruit.

One of the staff front desk members up front was confused and didn't understand English very well. But he tried. There was a smell in our sink. But when we told the front, they immediately took care of it. Had the price been cheaper we would have stayed another week.
