Very friendly and helpful staff. After getting settled in our room we discover a mechanical problem with the toilet. Staff responded immediately to fix it; they replaced part and tested it but part failed; since they didn't have another part in stock they immediately they moved us to another room of equal accommodations.

We thought breakfast items were very expensive (i.e. $9.50 for a bowl of oatmeal) so we either ate out or brought in breakfast. Overall food and beverage pricing was high considering that dining space, although nice, is very informal and more suited to travelers seeking the efficiency of "on the go" type of dining. Otherwise, for that pricing level there are several full service dining/restaurant options close to the hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating, we arrived early and were meeting family for the night and she allowed us to check in early so we could begin sightseeing right away. Both of the rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Our room had a musty smell at first but with AC the smell seemed to be gone when we got back to the room late afternoon. After we enjoyed a delicious meal at Olive Garden across the parking lot, we were able to sit in the beautiful lobby and watch a baseball game and visit with our family. A great stay!

We returned from sightseeing and were ready for a cool dip in the pool, only to find out there was a chemical issue and it would be closed for the night. BUMMMMMER!!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the facility to others coming into the area for the Christmas light or events near.

Was a bit disappointed by the lack of pool/ whirlpool. There was a sign for one but we only found a closet where it said it was.

I am glad they gave me another room at my request so that I can have a good view since my stay was long.

That at first I was given a room almost at the end of the Hallway. Not good for single traveler.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and respectful. A lot of food options nearby. Room was clean and nice. They also accommodated to a request I had.

Tv wouldn't switch to HDMI 2 and you can hear the cars outside passing by sometimes.

I reserved a room with two beds. We were given a room with a single king bed.

Even though breakfast was included in our stay, we did not take advantage of it. But our room, the proximity of all the local stores, restaurants (within walking distance if you choose to do so) and highway was a major plus. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. I’m almost certain we will only stay at the Courtyard for all future visits.

Loved most of the staff! And they were able to make Starbucks drinks! Was told there was a free breakfast BUT apparently there isn’t so don’t go thinking there is! You have to pay for it… which kind of sucks

the location was perfect! not too close to the middle of town but close enough we didn’t have to drive hours to eat.
