I booked this hotel because of a convention taking place on the premises. The room was quite comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. For convenience, I got breakfast meal vouchers. The breakfast buffet was quite good and had a great variety of items. The vouchers were quite pricey at $20 each, but that's probably not much more than what I'd pay at a diner plus tip. The staff was quite nice and helpful, too.

There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, but the traffic is terrible. I went out one night to a restaurant and regretted it. The hotel offered concessions at the convention. Though not bad, it was quite annoying they prohibited having food outside your room.

I can’t say enough good things about HolidayInn Louisville East Hurstbourne by IGA. We stay every year when we attend the truck show. Rooms are always clean, smell good, and suitable for us . The staff is amazing! One highlight is we don’t have to leave to go eat a good, classy meal. You don’t have to drink to get a good meal . The bar and kitchen is open until 10pm. We almost always eat breakfast and dinner there. The bartender and waitress Jacqueline goes above and beyond . Elevators are always in working order. I can’t find one negative thing to say about the facility or the employees.

I booked this hotel for a convention that took place on the premises. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was free parking. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. My room was cleaned everyday. Very reasonable price.

The room did not have a microwave despite being advertised as having one. Instead, the microwave was outside the room on a fold-out table in an empty vending machine area. I also had mixed feelings about the value of the breakfast buffet, which cost $10 and had the same food that other Holiday Inns offer for free. At the convention, the hotel had a strict policy against outside food in common areas despite the concession stand having a limited selection and not always being open.

There was two males when I checked in on august 30 late night(didn't get their names)they were outstanding, friendly and courteous..they worked the whole weekend on the evening and late night shifts. Outstanding customer service ! As well as when I checked out there was a women this morning in am Sept 2 she was very friendly and had awesome customer service as well! All around great experience, wonderful comfy hotel! Will visit again!

Breakfast was a nice spread. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

When checking in, the hotel could not find the 3rd room I booked and did not have the breakfast coupons on the order from Booking.com The hotel did make things right without much hassle, but was uncomfortable for a short time while working through.

The employees were very nice and helpful

When I booked online the price said $252.00. Then I get there and have to pay $295.00. I booked. Premium king suite and got there and only had a king size room. When I ask the employee, they stated the booking be lying on online.

Nice clean place to stay as we come down for the mid America truck show. Will be back again next year

Wish you had a hot tub. Also $15 for breakfast is pretty steep. Especially since I was told it’s normally free but since the truck show was going on it’s a pay breakfast

We had a whole bunch of pickup trucks with trailers and not only were there plenty of places to park without imposing on other guest automobile parking, but the staff was very accommodating and understanding.

Can't really think of any improvements that need to be made as the overall stay was excellent.

It was slightly more affordable than staying downtown, where I actually needed to stay.

There was some loud music playing, from an event going on at the hotel, until 11pm or midnight the first night we were there. We could hear it from our room.

Toilet paper holder coming off the roll. It had a handicapped shower and chair, But no handicapped rail by the Toilet. Several hallway doors not handicapped accessible.
