The staff was so helpful even before our visit. I had some boxes shipped before hand & called to arrange & called to ensure they arrived. They were more than helpful. Then when our flight was delayed for over 24 hrs we called to let them know. They saved our room & wished us safe travels. When we finally arrived at 3am they welcomed us by name, had our shipped boxes ready & wished us a good nights rest & were so happy for us that our not so smooth travel was over. The room & facility was very clean and welcoming. It was also in a great location for us to attend the Kentucky Derby and see some local attractions.

The staff was helpful. They had good selections for breakfast. Enjoyed that they had automated coffee and cold water dispensers available all day. Quality hotel fitness room. Great location off Gene Snyder near Middletown, SpringHurst, and Summit areas.

Could use additional outlets for devices. No instructions on how the TV / media platform worked.

Staff was SO friendly and accommodating. My daughter left her AirPods under her pillow. She called and they grabbed them for her and had them brought down to the desk when we came back from our engagement.

Our key didn’t work when we got there. The night staff was nice enough to troubleshoot it and he couldn’t get in the room either. He was able to get us another room but it was VERY late when we got in.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was small but good. It does close quickly. It's in an very good location. Easy parking and next to a restaurant. The room were clean and spacious.

Would love there to be a little separation from the exiting point and the exiting door but still not bad and they space made it tolerable for leaving guest to continuous going in and out.

95% of Everything. The best part was the smiles as the staff greeted us coming in. The building is phenomenal. Nice and clean. My husband loved that there was a Harley Davidson store not even 5 minutes away.

The location as far as restaurants especially when the guest aren't from around the area.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. We felt at home while staying here.

The coffee station and fridge area felt a little small and cramped, and being behind the bathroom door was a little inconvenient at times. Also our neighbors above us were very loud at night.

We ended up staying three nights here, the ladies at the desk each night, when we arrived, were very nice and greeted us with a smile. The third night we arrived, we were greeted by the lady at the desk, I did not get her name but she was Awesome to me and my wife. Very pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond her duty to help us. Wish I had gotten her name, she was a blonde lady working the front desk. Everyone was kind and very polite the next morning while we had breakfast. We will be staying here when we travel back to Louisville, Ky

There was nothing to not like.

We had no complaints about anything else, the elevator by the back entrance was convenient, very quiet, the pool location seemed convenient even though we didn't swim, the location of the hotel was in a good spot not far off the interstate, close and easy to find stores not far.

Clean inside the couch a little better, we understand the staff have little time to clean rooms. The actual room was clean and everything looked great when we arrived the light switches were confusing but we figured it out.

This hotel was super clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The employee that checked us in was new but she did a fantastic job. I got a ticket for a complimentary wine from the bar. Carlos, the bartender took great care of us. We sat and chatted with him 2/3 nights that we stayed here. The breakfast was slim pickings the first morning. I think it’s because there wasn’t that many guests on Friday morning, they have a machine that makes pancakes for you. Saturday breakfast was better, a little more options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, and gravy. Our room was so clean when we arrived. Had 4 towels total for 2 people, which helped out so we didn’t have to ask for more upon arriving. The beds were a solid 10/10. I slept like a baby, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The location was decent, you can drive an exit up for food and shopping amenities. Overall, if I ever come back to this area, I’ll for sure come back to this hotel. Hotel was in great condition, it seemed pretty new. I liked that the hotel had a bar, not common in mid level chains. Pool was indoors but there was a cute sun deck with lounge chairs. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was great, a ton of choices.

I thought the price was a little high
