A young black girl working at the front desk wasn't very nice and didn't really want to help me much, she seemed more concerned with eating and talking to her coworker, I asked for a copy of my receipt and she was not helpful and didn't want to give me what I asked for, idk why but maybe she was in a bad mood, that was my only issue, I would have liked to gone swimming but the pool was dirty. It had a nasty film like substance all over the top of it. But other than that it was very nice

I like the hotel, I have stayed there many times, but the toilet seats are too small, they should have elongated seats and the shower head in #105 needs to be replaced, but other than that, I would still consider coming back if I needed a hotel again.

A refund for having to leave that evening for a family emergency, would have been nice, since we never asked for any housekeeping service for our second night there, and it was highly unlikely that the hotel was going to run out of rooms for that night.

Friendly grettings upon check in. Breakfast was hot and tastey on Monday (6/26). Did not use house cleaning services. The location fits my needs perfectly. will be staying there again next trip.

Sad to say, but Sundays breakfast was first out of all hot food. After I asked about refilling the trays, food was brought out, but not really hot.

Friendly service at front desk. Easy access. Comfortable. For the most part clean.

They were in middle of remodeling process. So only grab and go breakfast and very limited. Found black hairs in one of the beds on bottom sheet(hopefully belonged to housekeeping). Beds kind of small for queen size.

the room was very cozy and large, loved that we could enter from the hallway or door to outside parking lot from room. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast was good too with, Hot waffles oatmeal and some fresh fruit.

I did have a problem with a dripping sound in the night, and found that the exhaust fan cover opened up on me while going to bathroom from water on 2nd floor leaking.

Room was new and big. Nice indoor pool. Best value for the price on my 2023 USA trip

Waste of food on breakfast. When the girl put the egg-patties from the preparation plate to the serving plate, the stick-together ones or broken ones directly went to the trash bin. The rest of the breakfast was perfect

I needed a quick place to stay and didn’t want to pay a lot since I am from Louisville. Definitely would recommend! Pros: - Nice staff - Easy check-in - Clean, spacious room - Affordable price

Clean, no bed bugs! I have a fear of hotel rooms and bugs! The sheets and blankets were white- so when I did my bedbug check, it was super easy to verify no bugs!

The fact that other guests were swimming in underwear. Not the weirdest thing ever- but gross when you have children swimming in the pool.

Breakfast was very generic, but was okay. Coffee was good and that was important. I liked the hotel and stayed due to my power off at my home due to the wind storm.

Nothing I didn't like.
