The lady in the evenings was so kind and helpful. Facilities were clean. They provided a fresh breakfast that was attended to during the set hours. Each day was a different choice of hot foods.

The deadbolt on my room would not latch. It concerned me at night while sleeping. It was super late when we realized so. I used hacks seen online to secure the safety lock. The exterior door to the pool and the gate into the pool area are both needing maintenance.

The clerk that checked us in was very rude and could tell she didn’t want to be working. Telling me that there was a deposit for each room. When I told her when I booked on Priceline it didn’t state that. She told me you have to put a deposit down at any hotel and I told her I didn’t at the last hotel I stayed at in Clarksville. She was quiet and only charged us one deposit for 3 rooms. But she was very rude and snotty from the beginning to end.

This hotel was phenomenal! The staff were excellent, the breakfasts were outstanding, shuttles to and from the Kentucky Oaks and Derby were superb and even better they offered a FEAST both Friday AND Saturday in accommodation for enjoyment of each day!! And the FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. A big WOW. And if you brought your dog? They offered a large grassy area with plenty of room to walk plus a pet-waste bag and bucket for your use. Now THAT was a thoughtful gesture!

The Staff was nice and were able to check me into my room 2 hours early. The room was very spacious especially for one person and had all the amenities I needed. I was happy it had a microwave and mini fridge

The elevator wasn't working. There was a few strands of someone's gray hair on the bed and in the shower. One of the electrical sockets was damaged so the lamp wouldn't work

I like that there was a small convenience store that we could get a snack from late at night. That came in handy because we walked back from Bourbon and Beyond festival each night. On the day we left, I asked if I could buy a small blanket and pillow and THEY LET ME! It was a super fair price and I was so excited! I have to go to work the next day and we have a really long layover in Atlanta. They were super accommodating and I was so thrilled!

I didn't like that housekeeping came through so early in the morning. It was between 9 and 9:30am but when you're at a 4 day music festival, you should be sleeping in. Although we put up the "do not disturb" sign and it was no big deal. The main guy just asked that we put our trash outside the door and let him know if we needed a refill on shampoo, towels, etc.

It was clean, the kitchenette was accommodating. The bed was So Comfortable, I’m looking to purchase the same thing at home! bamboo sheets were a bonus!

There was only 1 trash can and it was in the bathroom. if you have a kitchenette, it needs a garbage can. Also, this is important! there is a $100 credit card deposit hold when you check in. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere in the booking. We checked out on Sunday Morning and it’s Tuesday and the hold is still on my account. it never ceases to amaze me that they can take it out of your account immediately, but it takes several days to be refunded.

Good location, easy access to the Exposition Center where we needed to go daily. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and housekeeping available daily.

The laundry rooms. Loss $12 dealing with the machines. They need newer, better operating dryers. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because it’s a 3rd party.

The breakfast was pretty good. There were always 3 hot choices and waffles then some bread and muffins and yogurt. Suggestion though don’t freeze the butter.

It was all fine it’s just under construction so the outside was kind of a mess out back. It was really nice out and there was no real place to sit and enjoy being outside. The toilet didn’t flush all the way and the remote didn’t work correctly.

The breakfast was very good. But I honestly slept in too much to get the full experience. The location to the Bourbon&Beyond Festival was exceptional especially considering the price. I normally would stay at a little more upscale location but I was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness and quality of accommodation. We ended up walking to festival due to horrible parking situation at the venue. A 10 minute walk vs a 30 minute drive.

The rooms were a little on the small side but very comfortable.

The staff were so friendly, they always made sure to be accommodating. They had a beautiful sitting area out in the grass that we all could hang out at in the morning and enjoy our coffee! To be in a hotel that was keeping Louder Than Life concert goers it was actually really peaceful. Very close walking distance to the Expo center. The beds were comfy. The Salsa provided with breakfast was AMAZING.

There is nothing that I really didn't like that affected our stay. Everything was great!
