The staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast is okay, it could have a little better variety as everyday was pretty much the same food.

The price, as I've been staying at the hotel for 6 years for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals and every year the prices have drastically increased. I understand things can't stay the same but I think there is a little bit of price gouging going on that week during the show. Hotel van use to take you to other location under 3 miles but not no more.

The staff was very friendly. The room had everything and the wifi was very good. I was happy to find I could stream YouTube without having to sign in or set up anything.

There was one dirty cup in the cabinet (but the other 3 looked clean). I chose the airport location because it was near the highway. But there's NOTHING useful close by: no gas stations, restaurants, fast food places, convenience stores, grocery - and the choices for frozen dinners sold by the front desk could have been better. I finally found a Walgreens, but the food section there was almost empty.

Loved the room and the cleanliness. Spacious room for fantastic price! Checked in on a Wednesday and kicked out that it was customer appreciation and got free dinner (hamburgers, hot dogs and chips)

Love the stay.. a little noisy at night due to the airport but that was to be expected.. due to how close it was but overall a great place to stay would definitely recommend

Airport noise

Clean comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Trip was very enjoyable and the stay at residence made it just that much better. Would stay here again

House keeping coming to door many times in morning due to booking site advertised a Noon check out when the hotel checkout is really 11am. That needs to be corrected,false advertising

We like the location because it I'd close to the expo and offers shuttle to local locations

We were on the third floor and we had a lot of noise from the highway and the airport. In the past we stayed on a lower level and didn't have any noise

we stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was a perfect size and also had two bathrooms along with a two bedroom. We stayed in one bedroom and our children stayed in the other bedroom and fit us perfectly.

Loved the physical space, very homey, fire place in dining area. Great breakfast selection esp. for someone, who is gluten-free. Shuttle to airport super convenient!!

The first thing that I liked was the price of the rooms during Derby Week here in Louisville. While the big name downtown hotels were gouging people by increasing their room rates by 3-4 times as much as usual, Residence Inn did not go to such extremes. Everything else that followed was tremendous in every way...the staff was so very helpful, the breakfasts this hotel prepared were just scrumptious, and the location to Churchill Downs was close and convenient. All-in-all, the Residence Inn Airport helped make our first-ever Derby Weekend so enjoyable. Two thumbs up to everyone at the Residence Inn!!!
