Location

The room attendant apparently was not finished in the from as she used her key and entered the room while my husband and I was putting our luggage away. He told her to go ahead and come in, however I’m sure that made her uncomfortable as she didn’t see me on the other side of the wall. She said oh no it’s ok. I noticed the vent to the air unit was disassembled and the coffee maker as well. Made me feel as if the room was not properly cleaned or finished and instead of her stating that she just left and I had to put these items back in order.

Great location and friendly staff

The lounge chair in my room was filled with white dog hair that I had to clean off before I could attempt to sit. Then I still didn’t sit on it because I was worried it would still have hair that would get on my clothing and I had a work thing. What if others are allergic to the hair? They should make sure that their isn’t pet dander and hair left from other guests!!!

The coffee was available 24 hours and it was excellent. The sausage had an excellent flavor. The location is great if you are interested in shopping! Multiple choices of dining within walking distance.

The breakfast was not the usual quality that we receive at Holiday Inn. There was no fruit (waiting on delivery truck), the belt was broken on the pancake maker, and the bacon was empty and the eggs. It took quite a while for them to be filled. Also there were no grits and it was clearly stated on the menu. The “warm” cinnamon rolls were frozen.

This was an excellent hotel from the start to finish. Check-in was handled professionally, the cart worked well, and the room was spacious and very well designed. I took pictures to remember the excellent format, as this had great furniture, lighting on both sides of the bed, and even 3 shower dispensers. There was a special couch for television, a nice desk for the computer, large refrigerator with freezer, and a luggage holder. Breakfast was definitely above average, with many very good options.

There was a loud noisy yelling match in the middle of the night, we believe in the hallway. Not good...

Staff were wonderful and friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Our air conditioner/heater was propped up with a piece of timber not attached properly and there were bits of skirting board missing.

I was accomodated for what my reservations that I booked. I was given a room with 1 bed and that's not what my reservation was for/ Very disappointed and apparently charged for it. I do expect some type of refund.

Everything from checking into checking out was easy. The room was clean. The staff was nice. Hotel was always a pleasure to stay at.

It was just overcrowded all the guests were hanging around the elevator, so it’s hard to get in and out the elevator

The food selection was great. When we were there the juice machine was not working properly so the selection was limited

Our first room the AC wasn’t working but the front desk (Josh) found a similar room promptly for us.

The lovely lady who checked us in was exceptional. She was patient and kind. We had some things needing to be worked out at the beginning, and she never failed in her graciousness. We stayed three nights, and she continued to bless us at every turn.

Strong, perfume spray used in first room for deodorizing. Kicked up allergies.

We stayed for 2 nights when Garth Brooks was in town. Love the great staff when we checked in. We got our room and was not what Ii thought I had with booking. I know I put that we had 3 people so short to this they ended up looking for a queen with a sofa sleeper. Also learned something about booking.

Didn’t like the fact that with booking you have to check the small box for the exact room. I must have not and at first I didn’t but the staff took care of us.
