I Believe I A was Racially Profiled cause I was A Blk. I didn't get the front clerk's name that was on duty ( 3 pm - 11 ) pmboth Friday an Saturday. However, she was very pleasant and helpful. I had a new medical event and she was very patient, comforting and attentive to my needs. I really appreciate that she helped the front desk yet made sure that was okay. She made sure that she greeted everyone as they came in the lobby. On Sunday Ms. Leslie was a joy to encounter for breakfast, made me sad that it was my last day. The table of foods was a little low due it was closing soon. She offered to cook more but we were very happy to make the Strawberry Waffles( nice flavor added) most hotels d8have that flavor on the buffet for breakfast. Leslie kept us laughing and smiling. Although the hotel is going through the hotel is under construction it is still nice and staff are very helpful. Our room refrigerator went out the staff on premises was very helpful and replaced it right away. We plan to come again soon.

Due to my medical situation, we discovered that small walk spaces are not easy for me. With height involved it was not comfortable. The young lady was nice enough to ensure that could comfortably switch to a lower level room. Other than that there wasn't anything we didn't like. The bathroom was very tight.

Had a great stay as far as my kids using the pool and the other guest were super sweet.

I didnt like the fact that employees where heard talking crap about a guest and other guest overheard and went back and told the guest. Very unprofessional her name was Vanessa and she was talking to someone at the front desk for about 30 min holding up the guest that were trying to check in.

- The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The elevator didn't work and we were on the 2nd floor. Though we could have asked for a 1st-floor room. it was just odd to be put on the upper floor when they knew the elevator was out of order. Lots of pooling water from the ac units

The lady who was working was so friendly, the food was good 😊 KeKe at the front desk was so helpful in fulfilling my work experience. All front desk employees were so polite! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

A dirty towel was dropped outside of my room door. I called front desk and it was picked up.

Remodeling taking place. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The only problem was that the tub water would not drain. Leslie served up an excellent breakfast with a smile! Trudy at the front desk was very obliging.

Just the drainage problem and pool has not been cleaned up yet.

I love the layout of the rooms it is very comfortable for if you’re staying a long period of time almost like a small apartment the living room and bedroom are separated there’s a door for if your husband or wife may be working nights or something or have children that wake up sooner than you it is the perfect layout and that’s just their regular king rooms that’s not even sweets well actually they are but that’s their regular room. They have an amazing breakfast every morning Leslie goes out of her way to make sure all of the customers are satisfied and does extra little things like one morning while we there she made omelettes with everything in it and also plain ones with cheese! she takes great pride in making everyone happy the biscuits and gravy are out of this world just the breakfast itself is worth the stay. The courtyard the way the rooms overlook the courtyard is very very nice the swimming pool everything is clean it is really cool to almost be a second home and feel safe this is where me and my husband will always go if he is working too far to drive getting up that early each morning

I have no complaints the washer and dryer is free and there’s not anything I could possibly complain about.

The hospitality shown when coming to the door. After staying next door last year at the Hyatt I encountered cockroaches. I did not see one of these in A week of my stay at this Comfort Suitte

It was A 1/4 mile further away from Jimmy Swaggart ministries to walk to service every day .

Although staff and room were excellent this price was 30 dollars higher for the exact room for one night than I paid for 2 nights two weeks ago. Also incidental fee was deducted this time versus last time and sti waiting on deposit.
