Everything, it was very very nice. Check in was quick. Myself, my daughter, and friends rested good in those comfortable beds. The shower has good pressure. Different selections on the TV channels, smelled clean, very clean, and I love that sink & faucet. I couldn't had it no other way. We recommend that you book this hotel the Price is very good.👍🏽❤️

There was no bacon ,🥓 sausage, or eggs🥚 when we came to breakfast. My friend, she went @ 7:30am it was none of the above there. Nothing but pancake mix, syrup, cereals, milk, oatmeal, juice, Danish, yogurt, & fruit. Also 2 doors down that a sm. dog was barking. Other than that it was excellent.

It was close by the arena and easy access back to 1-20 the facility was well maintained and cleaned the only bad thing was the shower I was scared I was going to fall down to all the noise the shower made every time you move breakfast was good I overall enjoyed my stay to the staff that bday was this weekend happy bday and we enjoyed you thanks so much for the hospitality and the other lady as well you guys rock

The friendly staff and easy location to everything we needed especially towels they made sure we were very comfortable

Very pleasantly surprised by this little place! Room is small as expected so that's no problem but they make excellent use of space with clever modules and such. My favorite thing was they created a padded bench on top of the air conditioner! I wish I would have taken a pic of it! The room was clean, comfortable and really quite charming. The free breakfast was good, fresh fruit and nice variety of choices. Very friendly staff too! I'm still impressed with the quality for the price. Absolutely recommend. Stayed here twice, once on my way to New Orleans then on my way back home I liked this place so much.

Ice machine not working on first floor, had to use 3rd floor machine.

The staff goes above - above & beyond in such an exceptional manner that the physical plant issues (older building etc) are negated, especially at this rate. And as a 52 yr old female alone safety is always my primary concern. As a matter of fact on my last visit I left computer equipment/files in a rented storage facility and upon return found it had been robbed but thank God for these women I had left the most important part ( client legal files) at the front door when I loaded up and they held onto them —- that says it all !!

The facility needs upgrades and repairs but it’s clean

They property has recently been bought last 6 months and they are really clean and nice the only negative thing is Pollows. We went and bought pillows but this property was very clean great location to everything 10 minutes to river 5 minutes to the bossier arena 5 minutes to Walmart! Lol we all need a Walmart close. The breakfast was good and area was clean. Great Price! Would stay again. They are newly reopening so everything seems New and working on things that aren’t. Give this place 5 stars.

Pillows is the only negative

The stay was fine for the one night we stayed. The linen for the bed was not clean and had food crumbs from a previous customer. They need to make sure that they are taking care of that before having others come in and lay in the same filth from a stranger. That's the least they can do. I let the front desk know as well.

Cleanliness of the bed

The hotel was located close to where we were visiting in the city and easy to and from the airport and restaurants. Staff we spoke with were great.

Sadly I had a charge to my card that I reported to my bank and had removed as no one returned from bank. Also coffee machine missing from our room we reported missing. There was no clock in one room either.

The front desk staff were exceptional - both in checking in and checking out. The room was perfect for what we needed - a clean room and comfortable bed to rest up for another day of travel. Easy access to and from any place we needed to go. The breakfast was just enough to get us started for the day. The property was well lit and maintained. I am looking forward to booking again with this property.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Now, if you’re going for the breakfast then don’t go. The coffee was the only thing good. The orange juice isn’t real orange juice and the fruit were bad. There is no sausage or eggs or anything like that.

I like the cleanliness, the peace and quiet. The staff was very nice and friendly to everyone coming through the door at midnight.

The breakfast was disappointing. No meat, nor eggs. I was there from the time it opened (7) am until (8) am. Only a waffle maker, cereal, milk, orange juice, muffins, and coffee. It’s my only complaint.
