Don’t let the location or the outside of the building throw you off. It’s really a great facility once your parking can go inside.

I didn’t see any signs with the hotel’s name on it to indicate where I was at just my GPS telling me how to get there. There was one small sign when you turned past the fast food restaurant but nothing once you got up to the building.

The hotel has a elegant red carpet upon entering the lobby. I loved it. The decor that is in the middle of the hotel was super cute it included a breakfast in the morning. They have a relaxing waterfall area, bar (was not open during our stay), a spacious seating area with marble floors. Staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were really nice size with a bar and extra sink. My favorite part was the SUPER comfortable bed😍. Will most definitely be returning when I'm in the area. Oh and the computer room was great for me to catch up on some work while enjoying my time there. Very good stay.

The only downside was there are no elevators and they were undergoing some renovations in the hallways so it was a little loud at times. But good to know they are working towards upgrading.

The staff was amazing! Everyone we talked to from management to housekeeping was super helpful and friendly

The lobby was amazing , our room was nice but the bathroom needed work The tiles were patched and the bathtub had a chip in it The ceiling had a rusty return air vent The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The room was also non smoking but it smelled like someone had smoked

The breakfast was good we are breakfast both mornings.

Everything was great I wouldn't change anything. From the beginning with your attendant named Theresa whom I talked with several times was the nicest, most patient person. Thank you Theresa. I will visit again.

The area of the hotel, which made it convenient to many gas/food places. During the stay, Louisiana and many other areas lost power, so we checked out a day early. The hotel was generous to give me and others who chose to leave a refund. If it wasn't for the loss of power, we would have enjoyed another night at the pool.

The breakfast

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient for what I needed it for. Bed very comfortable but there was a stain on one end of the blanket. Overall not a bad stay and I'd stay again myself.

Room had a humid feeling to it even with ac running (it is Louisiana after all). So I'd suggest bringing a small dehumidifier if you can. Room also had a slight odor to it.

The staff is friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. But the house keeping could use some work. Our room still had candy on the floor when we checked in. There were different places around the room you could tell hadn't been wiped down and the comforter had a big yellow stain, like someone had peed on it. The AC also isn't the best, so bring a fan if you like to sleep cold.

Toilet overflowed from back of Toilet after first use. Moved us to the room next door. And the toilet wasn't bolted down. Other than that everything was fine.

breakfast was good but seems there is not enough for everyone since the person that works that area is checking not to get an extra biscuit lol.
