Good value, overall. Clean, everything was clean and had a fresh linen smell. Microwave and small fridge in the room. The bed wasn't like home, but it was comfortable. Shower had good pressure and no surging I'd stay here again on our next trip out that way

Everything was ok, no complaints. Mind the exit ramps, nothing at all to do with the hotel, but they're unexpectedly bumpy both directions. Not the hotel's fault, just a heads up to be safe

After taking a shower and getting settled in, walking around the room barefoot, then seeing the bottom of my feet, had to go wash my feet because the bottom of my feet were now black, because the carpet was nasty. Had to wear shoes in the room, because the carpet was so nasty. They need to steam clean the carpets really bad. That was my only complaint about the room.

Clean, safe, comfortable enough bed, location near a truckstop, easy to get back on the highway, interior room was surprisingly quiet given how close the motel is to the highway.

Air conditioning unit was the old fashjoned noisy type. I turned it off to sleep. Need better signage and a streetlight to direct you to the entrance at night, it was very hard to see the driveway (the hotel was plain to see though, just not the access road and driveway )

My family and I usually stay in a nice resort type location. I was initially nervous about reserving this hotel online. All the reviews seemed good and it was in the location that we needed for that night. So, we took a chance and booked it. It was NOT A MISTAKE! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly upon arrival. The entire staff was friendly. As soon as we opened the door to our room we smelled “clean”. It smelled clean, everything was clean. It’s not fancy by any means, but more clean than I’ve experienced before. If we are ever in this area again we will definitely stay with them again!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They honored my request for room location and even upgraded me from a Queen to a king. They provided a hair dryer and plastic cutlery utensils for my takeout food. The room was clean and recently updated with nice looking bedding, furnishings, and carpet.

The room walls were bare- It would have been nice to have a couple art pieces to make it look a bit more homey . The room lighting would have looked cozier with the warm white (yellowish) bulbs, but they used the white white color bulbs. Although the room rate was reasonable, at least a minimum of a continental breakfast would have been welcomed. Coffee was provided throughout the day in the lobby, but with a cheap, low-grade taste.

Nice, new, clean beds and clean room. Clean linen. Everything was fresh and clean. Nice tables and chairs. Nice bathrooms. Close to I-20. Safely lit. Quiet. Make sure you get a room pool side if you want quiet. The highway is loud on the parking side. I asked to switch rooms the first night and they took care of it nicely. Great value. I can’t say that enough. Will be returning.

Air conditioners and traffic were loud on the street side. I asked to switch to pool side and booth problems were solved. Easy. Newer model air conditioner. No noise outside at all.

Older motel, but very modern and super clean inside the rooms. Bed was comfortable and a good selection of cable options. I was really surprised by the value for the price. Great off interstate option for travelers.

No breakfast, but there we lots of options close by. Not a real big issue.

Nice smooth check in. Very nice gentleman with great suggestions for dinner. Was very nice the bed had a blanket and not just a sheet and bed spread.

Needs more pillows on queen bed.

it was spacious.and clean… the staff was so friends and helpful… I would recommend to is Inn to anyone traveling I20, coming to Shreveport for water park and just visiting…

Everything was as advertized and as we expected. The staff cleaned the room in advance of our stay as we had made a special request. There was no trace or smell of chemicals. I appreciate that they made the extra effort.

Hard to find. Seemed hidden behind a large truck stop travel shop. Even the GPS was confusing.
