Janet the customer service representative employee at this particular Motel 6 is exceptional. Very courteous, makes her customers feel welcome.

I did let Janet know the bathroom light is out. She had no maintenance to fix it. The room was very dirty. Floors not swept; if they "were" swept, not a thorough job. Especially when first walking in the room one seen and felt when walking. One of the mattresses is broken; every move while attempting to sleep, mattress made a noise like the springs in the box springs.

The staff are very helpful and very kind. There wasn't an extra fee for my dog. They have smoking rooms.

Dogs constantly barking. Housekeeping is VERY LOUD and like to have conversations on speaker phone.

The staff were pleasant and quick to respond to any requests I had. The room was significantly larger than I had anticipated, which was great. The room was very clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the large room as I was traveling as an artist appearing at an event and I needed space to work.

There is no breakfast

They took our used towels at like 11:00am. And never brought anymore up. I asked two more times and still was told I will get some up to you. But I finally went down stairs and asked for the last time and she finally just went and got me some.

It was clean quiet and the location is nice I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know about that

I didn't like the fact that check out time is at 11 am when most of the other places in the area is 12 o clock

Everything was pretty good if I am in this city I will come there again. Thank you!

The bathtub was clogged and the water would not go away, I had to clean it myself, the TV was without a remote control and only one channel worked.

Robin was amazing and worked with us while we were displaced by the tornado.

Doors on end of hall wouldn't open with key.

Was all that we expected. Very friendly staff. We evacuated due to hurricane Ida. Stayed an additional night. They accommodated us with out any questions asked. Very helpful. I will tell anyone who is traveling to book at this motel. Thanks to all who helped in our situation.

Nothing we didn't like about the staff or motel.
